Advertising Operations Process Automation
Moving orders through a modern advertising operations team has several key inefficiencies:
- Errors introduced during order entry
- Cumbersome connections to billing systems
- Separate inventory management solutions
- Difficulty assessing operational performance
- Little or no connection to campaign performance reports
TapClicks' Orders and Workflow centralize and streamline your advertising operations processes, both reducing your production costs and bringing transparency to your performance.
How does it work?
When you acquire or add properties with a completely different product set, you can control the product list, which is available to Users right from the TapClicks platform. Orders are broken down into Line Items, which is a list of products and are a function of the assigned Business Units. That means if you add a new property with a different set of products, you'll be able to configure it easily in TapClicks simply by adding that property as a Business Unit.
What will you do from the Orders menu?
There are two primary activities you can do from the Orders menu. You can create and manage Orders and you'll add and manage Clients.
What is a Workflow?
A Workflow is a set of features that automates your Order management processes. When you get an Order from an internal sales team or from an external buyer, a Workflow triggers, in sequence, all the necessary actions needed to fulfill that Order.
TapClicks architects will work with you to define these Workflows and their dependencies, as they identify ways to streamline your operations.
What is the real benefit of a Workflow?
A Workflow is a crucial part of marketing operations for large media companies and agencies who work for other companies and small agencies. Because everything is integrated into one platform, a Workflow enables you to have multiple functions like Workflow management, Order entry, and Task management in one place. There is no need to log into multiple platforms to check multiple things.
What will you do from the Workflow menu?
There are three activities you'll do from the Workflow menu. You'll view and manage your Tasks; you'll view and manage your Queues; and you'll update your User availability.
Where will you find the Orders and Workflow menus?
Log in to TapClicks and on the left side menu, click Orders. That will take you to the Classic UI.
Once in the Classic UI, on the left side menu, click Orders or Workflow to reveal their submenus.
