Where to find API Keys for CallRail
When authenticating a Data Source for use in TapClicks, you'll need to login. This requires having your login details handy. Some Data Sources use OAuth, others requires a username and password. In the case of API connections, you'll need your "API Key" to authenticate.

Log in to your CallRail account

Go to the top right corner and click on the Account button

Then click on API Access

Click on the button in the top right that says Add API Key

A new API Key will appear in the table on screen

Are my CallRail times "off"?
The most likely answer is "no". Your CallRail times are probably just showing a different time zone than you prefer. The default setting for CallRail times in the current time zone, however when using an API connection, the time zones get reported in UTC / Greenwich time. The data will likely be showing up in that format. You can update it in your preferences.
How to update timezone settings
The good news is that you can alter the timezone setting of your dashboard in the Preferences section.
