Before you begin: This article will help you determine which users have access to specific dashboards for a given client in TapClicks. By following the steps below, you can quickly view user access permissions and associated data connections.
How to View Client and Report Details
1] Log in to TapClicks and, on the Admin menu, click Clients.
2] Your list of clients will appear.
3] Scroll through the list or use the search box to locate the desired client.
4] On the far right of the client entry, click the View Summary icon.
5] The Client Summary page displays dashboard-level details for the selected client. This includes information about every connected data source, the users associated with the client, the Report Scheduler for automated reports, and a list of all assignments from various data sources.
