Currently, Bubble Charts, Admin Widgets, and ChatGPT Widgets are not supported in the mobile app experience. These widget types rely on features that are only accessible in the desktop version of the platform.
Can I export reports from the mobile app?
Reports can be exported from the mobile app in both PDF and PPTX formats. Additional export options are available in the desktop version.
Can I send scheduled reports from the mobile app?
Yes, the Send feature is available in the mobile version, allowing users to trigger scheduled report delivery. You can also preview scheduled reports to ensure everything looks correct before sending.
What widget types can use date comparison in the TapReports Mobile App?
Currently, date comparison is supported only on big number widgets. This feature allows you to see changes in a key metric over a selected time period. Chart widget support for date comparison is being explored for a future release.
Do I need to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) manually?
If your administrator has required 2FA, you’ll be prompted to set it up the next time you log in. If it hasn’t been enabled at the admin level, no action is needed from you.
Can I disable 2FA for my account from the mobile app?
No, 2FA settings can only be managed from the desktop version or by contacting your administrator.
Can I download data from widgets in the mobile app?
Yes, you can download data from individual widgets on the Record Details Page. This is useful for offline analysis or sharing specific performance data while on the go.
