Before you begin: This article is written for TapClicks users who are already aware of what push connectors are and what they do. For more general information on Push Connectors, please refer to Push Connectors Overview and Push Connector - FAQs.
Triton Audio Push Connector Set-up
1] Login to TapClicks and on the Data menu, click Data Sources.
2] The menu of data sources appears.
3] To locate the Triton Audio data source, either scroll through the list of data sources or enter the data source into the search box in the upper right (results appear automatically).
Connect to the Triton Audio Data Source
4] On the Triton Audio data source, click Connect.
5] The Add account popup appears.
6] Enter your username into the upper textbox.
7] Enter your password into the lower box.
8] Click Add Account.
9] To assign the Triton Audio data to a TapClicks Client, on the left side click on the data you want to assign.
10] To assign it to a client, on the right side choose a client from the existing client dropdown (as shown) or create a new client to assign it to by typing in the box at the right.
11] Edit General Settings, Additional Information and Primary Contact Information for the client record as needed and then click Assign Client.
12] After client assignment, you can push campaigns to Triton Audio. If you don’t see your account, click the refresh button at the top of the screen.
Creating a New Order and Campaign
13] Log in to TapClicks and on the Orders menu, click Orders. The Classic TapOrders interface will open.
14] In the top right of the page, ensure you are using the Business Unit that has the Triton Audio product associated with it.
15] Click Create New Order.
16] The new order page will open. Fill out the Order details with an associated Triton Audio client using the drop-down menu and type a name for the order into the textbox at the bottom.
17] When finished filling out the order details, click Create Order.
18] The order overview page will open.
19] Next, scroll down to the Line Items header, and click Add Line Item (i.e. the blue plus icon).
20] The Line Item creation page will open.
21] Start by choosing the Triton Audio product from the Select a Product dropdown menu, the page will update.
22] Start filling out your Campaign information by naming, selecting a team, adding any additional notes, and selecting a status in the Campaign Details section.
23] Next fill out the information in the Flight Details section.
24] In the Frequency Cap settings section, please enter all of your frequency information.
25] Finally, fill out the creatives section.
26] When finished entering all your information, click Save Line Item at the bottom of the page.
27] Your campaign will now be pushed to Triton Audio. To view it in Triton Audio, first click the Item Number for the Line Item you created.
28] Scroll down and find the campaign name, copy this.
29] Finally, navigate to the Triton Audio platform and paste the campaign name into the search box to find your newly created campaign.
