What is an ‘Account’ in Raven Tools for Looker Studio?
Raven Tools uses the ‘Account’ term to refer to an account in different data sources. For example, an Account is a ‘View’ in Google Analytics, an ‘Ad Account’ in Facebook Ads, etc., Please see the list of account names for each data source (below).

Are there any data source account limits?
- Any ‘Connector’ or ‘Data Source’ purchase in Raven Tools gives you 20 accounts by default.
- This is included in your plan.
- All data sources will be able to use these 20 accounts.
- You can buy more accounts from Raven Tools for Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) App for $3/account.
- Link as many of the accounts you have and pay only for the accounts that you’ve used for creating reports in Looker Studio.
Are there any user limits?
- Any purchase in Raven Tools gives you 3 users by default, this is included in your plan.
- You can buy more user licenses from Raven Tools for Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) App for $5/user.
How many days will I get in my free trial?
You’ll get 14 days free trial on each connector.
Do I need to add my credit card during the free trial period?
No, you don’t have to add your credit card during the free trial period.
How do I check my plan usage?
You can check the usage, quota limits of your accounts, users, connectors on the Billing page.
Steps to see this information:
- Log into Raven Tools for Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) App. You’ll land on the Billing page.
- In Plan Usage, you’ll see Used Accounts, Users Limit, and beside that, you’ll see the connectors that are in the trial period, purchased, trial expired, etc.
How do I change my current plan?
Steps to see this information:
- Log into Raven Tools for Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) App. You’ll land on the Billing page. (Note: Please use the same Google account which you’ve used for authenticating Looker Studio.)
- Click the Customize Plan button on the right corner of the page. You’ll see a pop-up.
- Select/unselect Data Sources, increase/decrease Accounts, Users on the left-hand side and you’ll see the line items with costs on the right-hand side.
- Click the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Add your credit card details.
- Click Subscribe.
- Close the pop-up.
What is the difference between ‘Current Plan’ and ‘Additional Items’?
- ‘Current Plan’ is the plan which you are currently paying for.
- ‘Additional Items’ shows any change you make on top of your Current Plan. The change could be selecting a new connector, unselecting an existing connector, updating accounts, users.
- Please note, Current Plan isn’t clickable. Any changes need to be made from the left-hand side of the page.
Are there any advantages to switching to an annual plan?
You’ll get a 20% discount on the billing amount when you switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan.
How can I see my invoices?
- Log into Raven Tools for Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) App, you’ll land on the Billing page.
- You’ll see your invoices on the second half of the page.
- You can sort your invoices by date and amount.
- Click the download icon to download your invoice.
Will I get billed for using the Mailchimp Beta connector?
Mailchimp is a free beta connector. Currently, we have 216 dimensions and 78 metrics. Please note, this connector is accessed only via this URL. You can’t find this in the Data Studio Marketplace. This connector is free to use as long as it is in beta. We’ll email you once we are ready to move this connector out of beta.
