What is the difference between Choozle and Choozle Enhanced?
The Choozle connector provides basic reporting information in TapClicks. The Choozle Enhanced connector provides more robust dimensions and metrics for your data story.
Why can’t I connect to Choozle with my credentials?
If your email address and API key do not connect to the Choozle Data Source, please reach out to your Choozle representative for assistance. If you did not get an API key, and instead received a domain, username, and password, you may need to connect to the Choozle Enhanced connector instead.

Why can’t I see my advertiser account in my Choozle assignment screen?
Your Choozle API user likely just needs to be authorized. To do this, have the Choozle advertiser account invite your Choozle API user email address to the account. Once the advertiser account invites you, and you accept, try loading the TapClicks assignment screen again and see if your Advertiser account is present.

If you see the data you're looking for there, please reach out to your Customer Success Representative or customercare@tapclicks.com for information about how to leverage the Choozle Enhanced data source.
What fields are available for this data source?
After you connect a data source to TapClicks, you can use that data in your reports. These fields are organized into groups of similar types of data called Data Views.
