How do I connect to GroundTruth?
In the case of xAd, there are a few steps that have to be completed before entering credentials.
- Contact your account manager about an FTP location for GroundTruth.
- Once the FTP has been created, the Connectors team at TapClicks will then email GroundTruth about establishing the files and their delivery to the FTP.
- Once the first reports get put up on the FTP, TapClicks can connect the credentials and start pulling the data. Please note that this can take up to two weeks.

How do I get Pixel data?
Pixels is an additional file and additional data view. To request this, please send an email to your GroundTruth representatives and your TapClicks contacts and let them know that you are a TapClicks customer and are interested in pixel data. Once the new pixel files start to deliver to the FTP location, TapClicks will enable the new data view and you will be able to build widgets against the new data.
