Log in to your CallRail account.

Go to the top right corner and click the Account button.

Then click API Access.

Click the button in the top right that says Add API Key.

A new API key will appear in the table on screen.
Why are the times in my CallRail off?
The times in your CallRail connection are probably not incorrect. It's simply a matter of your time zone being off. In CallRail, the times are displayed in your current time zone, however the API connection TapClicks uses reports the times in the UTC time zone. So, all data comes in that format.
How do I update time zone settings?
You can change time zone settings of your Dashboard in the Preferences section.
What fields (metrics) are available?
After you connect a data source to TapClicks, you can use that data in your reports. These fields are organized into groups of similar types of data called Data Views. You can view all fields and data views for a given data source in the Connector Marketplace. For CallRail, you will find a list of all dimensions and metrics available for use in TapClicks, organized by data view, here: CallRail for TapClicks in the Connector Marketplace.
