What do AI Insights Agents do?
AI Insights Agents automatically analyze dashboard section and report data and generate plain-language summaries. These summaries include performance breakdowns, optimization suggestions, and forecasts that can be used for internal reviews or client reporting. The following AI Insights Agents are currently available:

Executive Insights
- Generates a high-level overview of campaign performance across all connected channels. Includes top wins, performance issues, and recommended next steps.

Campaign Performance Narrative
- Provides a detailed explanation of how campaigns performed, including traffic volume, lead generation, and attribution insights.

Top & Bottom Performer Insights
- Identifies the three best and worst performing campaigns, creatives, or channels. Includes reasoning behind performance and suggestions for improvement.

Trends and Forecast Insights
- Analyzes recent trends and generates a forecast for upcoming performance. Highlights risks, opportunities, and expected movement in key metrics.

Budget Insights
- Compares planned budget against actual spend. Flags pacing issues and provides reallocation suggestions to improve overall results.

Proposal Builder
- Creates professional proposals that highlight ROI, forecast results, and key campaign insights, saving time on client deliverables.

- Spots upsell and cross-sell potential by reviewing historical performance and current client activity.

How to Use AI Agents for Dashboards
1] Log in to TapClicks and, on the Reports menu, click Dashboards.
2] Find the dashboard you want to have an AI Agent evaluate. There are three ways to locate a dashboard:
- Search for it by entering the name into the search box in the upper left (results appear automatically).
- Or click Add Filters and enter a filter parameter into the Filter textbox (results appear automatically).
- Or use the page controls in the upper right to navigate through your collection.
3] Once you find the dashboard you want to use AI Agents on, click it to open.
4] On the right side of the page, click the AI icon (i.e., the sparkle icon).
5] The AI Agents menu will appear. Click on the desired agent that best fits your needs.
6] Your summary will be automatically generated and displayed in the side panel.
7] To edit the summary, click the pencil icon under the response.
8] You can also update the prompt and have AI regenerate the summary.
9] To save the summary, check the box labeled Curated for human staff, then click Save.
10] To add the summary to your dashboard, check the box labeled Curated for human staff, then click Add to Executive Summary.
How to Use AI Agents for Reports
1] Log in to TapClicks and, on the Reports menu, click Report Studio.
2] Find the report you want to have an AI Agent evaluate. There are three ways to locate a Report:
- Search for it by entering the name into the search box in the upper left (results appear automatically).
- Or click Add Filters and enter a filter parameter into the Filter textbox (results appear automatically).
- Or use the page controls in the upper right to navigate through your collection.
3] Once you find the Report you want to use AI Agents on, click it to open.
4] In the top-right corner of the page, click the AI (sparkle) icon.
5] The AI Agents menu will appear. Click on the desired agent that best fits your needs.
6] Your summary will be automatically generated and displayed in the side panel.
7] To edit the summary, click the pencil icon under the response.
8] You can also update the prompt and have AI regenerate the summary.
