How to Download AI Insights from an Agent

Before you begin: Before downloading AI Insights, confirm that AI Insights Agents are enabled in your dashboards and that you have access to generate insights or executive summaries. If AI Insights Agents are not enabled in your instance, contact your Customer Success Manager. For additional information, please refer to AI Insights Agents Overview and FAQs: AI Agents. 

Overview

TapClicks allows you to download AI-generated insights and executive summaries as PDF files. Insights can be downloaded directly from the AI response panel or from the AI Agent Insights page. This removes the need to manually copy and format responses for sharing or record-keeping. All PDF exports follow a standardized format. Bulk exports and file customization are not supported.

Download a PDF from the AI Insights Agent Chat Panel

1] Log in to TapClicks and, on the Reports menu, click Dashboards.

2] If you would like to use a Report instead, click Report Studio on the Reports menu.

3] Open your desired Dashboard or Report and access the AI Insights Agent Chat Panel. For more information on accessing AI Insights Agents, refer to the AI Insights Agents Overview article.

4] Once the summary has fully generated and appears in the side panel, click the Download PDF icon beneath the response.

5] The PDF file will download to your local device.

Download a PDF from the AI Agent Insights Page

1] On the Reports menu, click AI Agent Insights.

3] From the available headers, select either the Dashboard tab or the Report Studio tab.

4] To search summaries, enter a title in the search box. Results update automatically.

4] When you find your desired summary, hover over the Download button on the right side of the screen.

5] Select one of the following options:

1. Download Chat: Downloads the entire chat between the user and the AI Insights Agent at the time of Insight creation.
2. Download Insight: Downloads only the final Insight generated.

6] The PDF will download to your local device.
