Did Skai used to be called Kenshoo?
Yes.
Why don't I see Skai data in my dashboard for "Yesterday"?
When fetching data from Skai, TapClicks tries to get data for “yesterday”. Sometimes, that data is not ready on the Skai side yet and the Skai API returns an error. When this happens, TapClicks updates the data fetch to request data for the day before yesterday. Because of this, your dashboard may not have data for “yesterday” if the data was not ready to be pulled through the Skai API.
What if I need data from Skai that TapClicks doesn’t quite support
There are a few ways to approach this situation.

After you connect a data source to TapClicks, you can use that data in your reports. These fields are organized into groups of similar types of data called Data Views.
