Did Google Display & Video 360 used to be called DoubleClick Bid Manager?
Yes.
Why don’t I see a certain Insertion Order in the Display & Video 360 IO assignment screen?
When TapClicks shows Insertion Orders on your assignment screen, the number of Insertion Orders are limited to help with in-app performance. We request the Active Insertion Orders from the last 180 days. If the insertion order is older than 180 days you won’t see it on the assignment screen. You can, however, still connect older assignments using the blind assignment method. Details about that process can be found here.
I tried to connect and I got an error about Partner IDs. What do I do?
Error Message:
“Connection could not be cached due to the following error: You have too much data for API Server to generate a Line Item Report. To work around this limitation, you must provide a list of Partner IDs to TapClicks Technical Support.”
In this situation, there’s too much data for the system to be able to get a report from Display & Video 360 in a timely manner. As a result, we need the Display & Video 360 partner IDs (not the advertiser IDs) so that we can optimize the data fetches. Partner IDs from Display & Video 360 can be found on the screen below.
Direct URL: https://displayvideo.google.com/#ng_nav/partners
Once you have provided these Partner IDs to your Customer Success Manager or customercare@tapclicks.com, the team will work to optimize your mapping screen. In text form, just highlight, copy and paste.
