Did Google Display & Video 360 used to be called DoubleClick Bid Manager?
Yes.
I tried to connect and I got this weird error about Partner IDs. What do I do?
Error Message:
“Connection could not be cached due to following error: You have too much data for API Server to generate a Line Item Report. To work around this limitation, you must provide a list of Partner IDs to TapClicks Technical Support.”
In this situation, there’s too much data for the system to be able to get a report from DV360 in a timely manner. As a result, we need the DV360 partner IDs (not the advertiser IDs) so that we can optimize the data fetches. Partner IDs from DV360 can be found on the screen below.
Direct URL: https://displayvideo.google.com/#ng_nav/partners
Once you have provided these partner IDs, the team will work to optimize your mapping screen. In text form, just highlight and copy paste (a screenshot can lead to human error when we manually key in the IDs).
What is the difference between Display & Video 360 and Display & Video 360 IO in TapClicks?
The only difference between Display & Video 360 and Display & Video 360 IO is how the mapping screen appears. Otherwise, all available data is the same.
- DV360 maps by advertiser
- DV360 IO maps by insertion order
