“Creatives” in the TapOrders Mobile App
“Creatives” in the TapOrders mobile app are tasks that have been identified and configured to appear in the Creatives tab of the mobile app. For creative tasks to appear in the TapOrders mobile app, there’s a setting that needs to be enabled on the task configuration.
How to Configure a Task as a Creative
Platform settings
1] On the Admin menu, click Platform Settings.
2] Across the top menu, click Orders & Workflow.
3] Toggle the Enable remote task completion slider to the on position.

4] Navigate to Classic TapClicks by clicking Orders in the left side menu.
5] In Classic TapClicks, on the left side menu, click Tasks in the Administration section.
6] In the task list that appears, navigate to the task that you would like to appear as a creative in the mobile app, and on the far right, click the edit (i.e., pencil) icon.
7] Select the Enable Remote Task Completion checkbox on the Task Details page. This task will now appear in the "Creatives" in the app.
NOTE: This configuration does not affect the task's behavior in the desktop version of TapOrders.
Only creative tasks assigned to users will show in the mobile app under Creatives. The Creatives tab works the same way as the My Tasks tab. |
