Overview
The TapReports mobile app allows you to access your dashboards, reports, and scheduled reports from your mobile device.
Installing the TapReports Mobile App
You can download the latest version of the TapReports mobile app from the App Store (Apple iOS devices) or Google Play Store (Android devices).
Install the TapReports Mobile App (iOS)
1] Open the App Store on your device.
2] Search for TapReports, then tap Get to download and install the app.
3] Tap Open to launch the TapReports app.
Install the TapReports Mobile App (Android)
1] Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2] Search for TapReports, then tap Install to download and install the app.
3] Tap Open to launch the TapReports app.
Logging In
After installation, open the app and log in using your TapClicks URL, business email, and password as you do to access TapClicks through a web browser. If you do not remember the TapClicks URL, click here to look up the URL with your email address.
What Can I Do in the TapReports Mobile App?
The TapReports mobile app includes many of the same features available in the desktop version of TapReports. Below is a what is currently supported in the mobile app:
Dashboards
Dashboards in the mobile app provide access to all dashboards assigned to a user. This allows users to track key metrics, review campaign performance, and analyze marketing data. Features include:
- Executive Summary: Displays an executive summary, which must be generated on the web platform and is visible when the correct date and client filters are applied.
- Enhanced Navigation: Users can search, sort, and mark dashboards as favorites for easier access.
- Interactive Widgets: Displays various chart types such as v2 Combo Charts, v2 Funnel Charts, and v2 Pie Charts.
- Record Details: Users can download dashboards, search for widgets by name, adjust date ranges, and compare data with previous periods.
Report Studio
Report Studio in the mobile app allows users to export reports to PDF and view them if they have the appropriate permissions. Reports can be used to analyze marketing performance, identify trends, and review data summaries. Features include:
- Search and Sort Features: Options to filter and organize reports.
- Client Filters & Email Support: Users can apply client-based filters and send reports to selected or manually entered email addresses directly from the app.
Scheduled Reports
Scheduled Reports in the mobile app list all reports scheduled for delivery. Users can view the frequency with which each report is sent, as well as the recipients. Features include:
- Status Management: Reports are easy to navigate, as they are organized under All, Active, Inactive, or Complete.
- Filtering & Sorting: Users can efficiently find and organize scheduled reports.
- Previewing Reports: A "Send Report Preview" feature allows users to enter one or more email addresses and send a preview of the report.
