Advertising Operations Process Automation
Moving orders through a modern advertising operations team often introduces inefficiencies:
- Errors introduced during order entry
- Cumbersome billing connections
- Separate inventory management solutions
- Difficulty assessing operational performance
- Little or no connection to campaign performance reports
TapClicks' Orders & Workflow centralize and streamline your advertising operations processes, reducing your production costs and bringing transparency to your performance.
How does it work?
When you acquire or add properties with a different product set, you can control the product list directly in TapClicks. Orders are broken down into Line Items, which are functions of the assigned Business Units. If you add a new property with a unique set of products, you can configure it by simply adding that property as a Business Unit.
What will you do from the Orders menu?
There are two primary activities you can do from the Orders menu. You can create and manage Orders, as well as add and manage Clients.
What is a Workflow?
A Workflow is a set of features that automates your Order management processes. When you get an Order from an internal sales team or from an external buyer, a Workflow triggers, in sequence, all the necessary actions needed to fulfill that Order.
TapClicks architects will work with you to define these Workflows and their dependencies, as they identify ways to streamline your operations.
What is the real benefit of a Workflow?
A Workflow is a crucial part of marketing operations for large media companies and agencies who work for other companies and small agencies. Because everything is integrated into one platform, Workflow enables you to have multiple functions like Workflow management, Order entry, and Task management in one place. There is no need to log into multiple platforms to check multiple things.
What can you do from the Workflow menu?
There are three activities you will do from the Workflow menu. You can view and manage Tasks, view and manage Queues, and update User availability.
