What access permissions do I need to connect to HubSpot?
A user will need to be a super admin within HubSpot in order to make the connection to TapClicks.
How do I know what HubSpot package I need to have in order to bring my data into TapClicks?
HubSpot enables access to their APIs based on different product tiers and subscriptions (details here). In order to connect to TapClicks feeds for HubSpot (Analytics, Pages, Forms, Social Assists or Hosted Content), your HubSpot account will need access to the HubSpot Analytics API. For this access, your HubSpot product tier must be on either “Pro” or “Enterprise” subscriptions. For access to the TapClicks HubSpot Email Campaign connector, your account can be on any HubSpot subscription.
Another way to check this is to go to the TapClicks App found on the HubSpot App Marketplace while you’re logged into HubSpot. On this listing, you can refer mid-way through the listing to see if you have the right access to connect to TapClicks.

What if I need data from HubSpot that TapClicks doesn’t quite support?
There are a few ways to approach this situation.
1] Create a Smart Connector to bring data into your dashboard.
- This will allow you to get to your data fast.
- This path could be used in the long term.
- Or you can use this path while waiting for an enhancement to the HubSpot connector.
2] Submit a request to the product team to evaluate bringing this data into the Instant On connector.
- Make sure to include report extract examples so that we can review exactly the dimensions and metrics you’re looking for in your dashboard.

What fields are available for this data source?
After you connect a data source to TapClicks, you can use that data in your reports. These fields are organized into groups of similar types of data called Data Views.
