Overview
There are different items you can custom brand within the platform and some are included in the standard package. Others require TapClicks to take action on your behalf, as well as a fee in some cases as it makes the instance highly customized to the client.
Advanced Custom Branding Options
Instance vanity URL

All users accessing the instance will see the customized URL. It will use a domain that the client owns and it must be different than TapClicks.com.

This option requires a recurring monthly fee.
Business unit vanity URL

Users that belong to this single business unit will see the customized URL. It will use a domain that the client owns. It must be different than TapClicks.com.

This option has a recurring monthly fee.
Custom email address

This is the email address users will see when the application sends a notification:

Welcome email/scheduled reports

Smart Connector processing emails

Data export emails
-
Data Load Status notifications

This is included as a part of an instance or business unit vanity URL request.

This can be altered as needed at no charge.
Custom agency name

This is the name of the agency users will see when the application sends an email (e.g., welcome email, scheduled reports).

This is included as a part of an instance or business unit vanity URL request.

This can be altered as needed at no charge.
Custom send from name/email

This is the send from name and send from email address.

This is included as a part of an instance or business unit white labeled URL request.

This is part of the premium vanity URL customization.

These emails can only be customized once and will be the same across all clients in the instance.
