Crawl Summary
Displays the number of critical errors, warnings and items that need attention in both graphic and tabular form. It also displays the number of pages crawled and how long ago they were crawled.
Discovered Issues
Provides the same numerical information as the Crawl Summary.
Page Speed Insight Score

SEO Health Score
The Health Score for your site is calculated on a 100 point scale, based on the number and severity of issues discovered. The Health Score helps users get a rough idea of how their site is currently performing and how much room for improvement is left for fixing the discovered issues.
Trend
Gives a month-over-month view of the trend of the number of discovered issues and the health of the website. The blue line is the SEO Health Score trend. You can hover your mouse over either bar to see exact number of each kind of issue.
Critical
Critical issues are issues that have an impact on your site's ability to show in search results or can directly impact your rankings. We recommend these issues get prioritized for the pages you want to rank. The different types of critical issues are listed and the bar charts shows month-over-month changes for each error type.
