TapClicks Platform
Manage Data Sources Interface Improvements
The Manage Data Sources experience has been redesigned to provide greater clarity and usability. Each connector now includes a dedicated Overview page featuring key details, documentation, and relevant information to help users better understand the integration.
The Manage Connections page has also been refreshed with a cleaner layout that makes it easier to view, search, and manage active connections. This update improves discoverability, reduces navigation friction, and streamlines overall connector management workflows.
AI Context Tab Now Available for Business-Level Personalization
The new AI Context tab allows agencies and brands to upload and manage business-specific information that enhances every AI-powered interaction inside TapClicks, including SmartEmail, SmartSlides, Insights Agents, Adflo agents, and Operator Agents.
When a business filter is applied, TapClicks automatically sends existing metadata (such as industry and website) along with any uploaded files or context notes from the AI Context tab to the AI request. This ensures that insights, summaries, and recommendations are personalized and business-aware—without requiring users to re-enter context each time.
Smart Reporting
Prompt Suggestions for SmartSlides
We’ve added Prompt Suggestions to SmartSlides to make getting started faster and easier. When opening SmartSlides, users will now see a curated list of example prompts beneath the input field. These suggestions help users understand the types of insight-driven decks SmartSlides can generate. Selecting a suggestion automatically fills the prompt, which can then be freely customized. This enhancement reduces the need for prompt-writing expertise and helps users go from idea to first slide in seconds.
Custom Number of Slides in SmartSlides Presentation
Users can now control how many slides are generated when creating SmartSlides. A new Number of Slides field is available on both the SmartSlides and template creation screens, allowing users to customize deck length for executive, client, or internal presentations. Users can choose between 3 and 20 slides, with a default of 10 slides if no value is selected.
The configuration can be set at the template level and overridden during SmartSlides creation. This update reduces post-generation editing and ensures presentations align with exact needs from the start.
SmartSlides Export to Google Slides
SmartSlides can now be exported directly to Google Slides. Users can export AI-generated SmartSlides into Google Slides for collaboration, editing, and presentation using a familiar format. This eliminates manual copying and formatting, making it easier to move from AI-generated insights to shareable presentations.
Blank Template for SmartSlides
SmartSlides now includes a Blank Template option, allowing users to generate slides without relying on a predefined template. When selected, the configuration panel opens by default and includes an editable Prompt field for fully custom, long-form instructions. Standard templates will continue to display the Prompt field in a locked state. This update enables fully prompt-driven slide creation, supports advanced use cases, and provides greater flexibility for power users who want complete control over their presentations.
Select Predefined AI Agents for SmartEmail
Users can now choose which approved AI Agent powers the SmartEmail summary in scheduled report emails. In the Report Scheduler, when Include SmartEmail Summary is enabled, a new AI Agent dropdown becomes available. Available now:
- Executive Insights
- Campaign Performance Narrative
- Top & Bottom Performer Insights
When SmartEmail is enabled, the dropdown defaults to Executive Insights. If no agent is selected, the system uses the default SmartEmail prompt. This update gives users greater control over the type and style of insights sent to clients without requiring manual email rewrites.
Dashboard Agents Can Now Take Quick Actions
We’ve introduced Quick Actions to help users act on AI-generated insights without breaking their workflow. Users can now download agent-generated summaries as a standalone PDF directly from the chat panel with one click. Additionally, users can download the entire chat as a PDF from the list page. This update reduces manual copy-and-paste steps and lays the groundwork for future multi-step workflow automation.
Dashboard Folder Enhancements in List View
We have streamlined folder creation and sharing within the Dashboards list viewby separating permission settings from the initial creation process. The New Folder modal now focuses only on Folder Name and Icon Color. Access fields have been removed from this step. To assign access to Clients, Client Groups, or Business Units, users can now click the Share option in the folder’s dropdown menu after the folder is created. This simplifies folder creation while making permission management clearer and more intentional.
Custom Dashboard Section Icons
In the New Dashboard Experience, users can now select a custom icon for each section or remove the icon entirely. This allows for improved visual differentiation and scanability across dashboards. Manual overrides take precedence over product-linked icons, and behavior remains consistent across viewing and export experiences without impacting existing dashboards.
Summary & Expanded Views for Dashboard Filters
Dashboards now offer improved widget-level filters with both Summary and Expanded views to support faster, easier selections. The Summary view allows users to quickly review applied filters at a glance, while the Expanded view enables more detailed exploration and refinement of selections. This enhancement improves usability when working with complex filtering configurations in dashboards.
Support for Default Global Filters on Client Record Fields
Global Filters now support instance-level filtering based on Client Record fields such as City, State/Province, Client Category, NAICS Industry, and Additional Details 1–3. Super Admins can configure which fields are enabled under Admin → Preferences. Eligible users can apply these filters once and have them persist across all dashboards, eliminating repetitive dashboard-by-dashboard filtering.
The feature supports stacking multiple filters using AND logic, and dropdown values respect user access permissions (for example, BU Admins see only values within their Business Unit). Filters apply to stored data only, and if a widget cannot support a selected filter, it will be hidden. This enhancement enables scalable segmentation across agencies, multi-location brands, and media organizations.
Sync Label Color Toggle for Line, Bar, and Combo Charts
We’ve introduced a new Sync Label Color toggle for non-stacked Line, Bar, and Combo charts. When enabled, the metric label color automatically matches its corresponding bar or line color, making it easier to visually connect labels with data. When disabled (default behavior), metric labels follow theme-based styling, appearing black in Light mode and white in Dark mode to ensure consistent readability. This enhancement gives users greater flexibility in how your dashboards look and feel, while maintaining clarity and accessibility across viewing modes.
Lexend Font Support in Report Studio
Report Studio now supports the Lexend Google Font, providing brands with greater flexibility to align reports with their visual identity. This update supports organizations that use Lexend as their primary typeface for client-facing reports.
Instant On Connectors
MNTN - New Connector
The new MNTN connector is now available in TapClicks, allowing users to bring Connected TV (CTV) campaign data directly into the platform. This integration enables centralized reporting, cross-channel visibility, and streamlined performance analysis alongside other paid media sources. Users can now measure and optimize MNTN campaigns within the same dashboards and reports used for the rest of their marketing stack.
Shopify - New Fields
TapClicks has added new fields to the Shopify Orders data view to support more granular reporting and sales channel analysis. The Customer Type field allows users to identify whether an order was placed by a new or returning customer, enabling clearer segmentation of customer behavior. Additionally, App ID and App Name have been added to allow users to group and report on order data based on the originating sales channel. These enhancements provide deeper visibility into customer trends and channel performance within Shopify reporting.
StackAdapt - New Fields
The Footfall Attribution data view for StackAdapt now includes the following fields to support reporting on configured polygons:
- Ad Square Valid
- Area
- Coordinates
- Updated At
These additions allow users to report on polygon configurations created within StackAdapt.
Google Ads - API Upgrade v22
TapClicks has upgraded the Google Ads API to version 22 to ensure continued compatibility and uninterrupted data flow.
Microsoft Invest - Deprecation
The Microsoft Invest service is being discontinued, and the Microsoft Invest connector in TapClicks is being deprecated as a result. While the service is being phased out, reporting and data access will continue for a transitional period to support ongoing reporting needs. Users are encouraged to plan migration to alternative supported solutions to alternative supported solutions to ensure long-term continuity. For questions regarding next steps, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
SmartConnectors
Email Visibility Section
We have introduced a new section within SmartConnectors that allows users to view emails received by the Smart Connector. This enhancement provides visibility into inbound email activity associated with a Smart Connector, enabling users to confirm receipt and monitor email-based data ingestion more easily. By surfacing received emails directly within SmartConnectors, users can troubleshoot issues faster and gain greater transparency into how email-driven data workflows are functioning.
Push Connectors
LinkedIn Ads Push Connector - Campaign Group Creation
Users can now push LinkedIn Ads Campaign Groups and Campaigns directly from the Adflo UI, removing the dependency on the Classic TOTW workflow. This update simplifies campaign activation and improves efficiency by allowing users to manage LinkedIn structure directly within Adflo.
