What's New in TapClicks
Smart Reporting
SmartSlides PDF Export and Preview
Users can now export and preview generated SmartSlides decks as PDFs, in addition to the existing PPTX and Google Slides options. The PDF is created from the already-generated SmartSlides deck, ensuring it matches the existing presentation slide-for-slide without regenerating content.
Users can download the PDF directly from the SmartSlides list or preview it within the platform before sharing, giving a faster, more flexible way to distribute presentation-ready reports while keeping existing PPTX and Google Slides workflows unchanged.
Editorial note: tracker flags this card for an image, but no asset is attached in Jira yet.
Comparison Period Support in SmartSlides
SmartSlides users can now add Compare to Previous Period when creating a new presentation, giving generated slides historical context alongside current-period performance. When enabled, SmartSlides automatically calculates the prior period based on the selected date range and uses both periods to surface changes in key metrics, including increases, decreases, and percentage movement.
This allows AI-generated insights to explain how performance is changing over time, rather than reporting current results in isolation, and keeps SmartSlides aligned with the comparison behavior already available across Dashboards and reporting.
Executive Summary Edit Action and PDF Export Fixes
Executive Summary widgets in Report Studio now export more reliably to PDF, with improved continuation-page pagination that prevents text from being cut off, duplicated, or dropped. Users with edit access can also edit the Executive Summary title and content directly from the expanded view using a new Edit action, making quick updates easier without leaving the modal.
Smart Analytics
Dashboard Permalinks for External Sharing
Dashboards can now be shared using secure Permalinks, making it easier to provide external users with access to a specific dashboard view without requiring them to log in. Permalinks can preserve the selected reporting context, including date ranges and widget settings, while allowing administrators to control access through configurable expiration and viewing options.
This provides a simpler, more controlled way to share dashboard insights with clients, stakeholders, and other external audiences.
Flag: the tracker has this item's Release Notes Audience set to "2 - Internal," which is below the 3-5 bar for the public article. Confirm this should be customer-facing before publishing, or pull it and route it to internal-only assets. Two more screenshots are attached in Jira but not included here, add them too if you want the full set.
Data Features
Data Blending Operator Agent
We're excited to introduce the Data Blending Operator Agent, a conversational interface designed to streamline the management of your data channels. The agent allows you to perform complex configuration tasks through natural language, significantly reducing the technical expertise required for setup.
Flag: this is the only item this cycle that clears the email/in-app banner/NotebookLM bar on the fields the sheet tracks (Audience 5, Severity 5, Include in Email = Yes). Still need to confirm GTM doc and demo video are marked complete before it goes into those assets.
Download All Calculations as CSV
A new Export Calculations button on the Calculations page downloads all your calculations to CSV, including each formula as readable text, which is handy for audits, documentation, or sharing your setup.
Instant On Connectors
AudioGo - New Fields
A new Listen-Through Rate metric is being added across AudioGo data views, showing what percentage of listeners heard your audio ads all the way through, a useful signal for ad quality and brand recall.
Basis DSP - New Data View
A new City/Zip Code data view is being added to Basis DSP reporting, so you can see city and postal code together in one report instead of switching between separate views.
Marchex Marketing Edge - New Fields
New Call DNA and UTM attribution fields, including campaign, term, source, medium, and content, are being added to Call Details reporting, giving you deeper insight into which campaigns are driving calls.
Search Ads 360 - New Data View
Search Ads 360 reporting now supports fractional conversions, matching the data-driven attribution model used in the SA360 platform. This resolves discrepancies you may have noticed between TapClicks dashboards and SA360 UI reports, so conversion totals now line up accurately across both.
StackAdapt - New Data View
Campaign pacing details, including projected spend and flight pacing, are being added to the StackAdapt connector, giving you visibility into budget pacing alongside performance data.
TikTok Ads - New Fields
New website conversion fields are now available for TikTok Ads reporting, giving you visibility into the specific on-site actions driven by your TikTok campaigns.
