What's New in TapClicks
Smart Reporting
Performance Risk Monitor AI Agent
The Performance Risk Monitor is a new AI Insights Agent available to users with AI Sparkle enabled (SmartAnalytics and SmartSuite). It analyzes campaign performance to detect delivery issues, performance drops, pacing risks, and zero delivery scenarios before they impact results. Each flagged risk is prioritized by severity (High or Medium) and includes a clear recommended action. The Performance Risk Monitor Insights Agent is available in Dashboards and Report Studio.
Website Analyzer AI Agent
The new Website Analyzer AI Insights Agent helps teams quickly assess a client's website by analyzing a provided URL and generating a technical and content overview. The agent evaluates key SEO checkpoints and produces a client-safe narrative summary highlighting strengths, gaps, and recommended next steps. The Website Analyzer is designed to support Sales, CSM, and Account teams during onboarding, strategy discussions, and QBRs.
Build Your Own Agent Support in SmartEmail
SmartEmail now supports selecting custom-built agents through Build Your Own Agent from the AI Agent selection in Report Scheduler, giving you control over how insights are generated and delivered in scheduled reports. This feature is available to SmartSuite users, contact your CSM to learn more.
AI Agent Badges for Predefined Agents
Predefined AI Agents now display persona and use case badges, such as Sales Enablement, Operations, and Client Engagement, on agent cards and in the list view, making it easier to understand each agent's purpose at a glance. Please note that Build Your Own Agent agents will not display badges at this time.
SmartSlides Support for Client Groups, Business Units, and SmartCampaigns
You can now generate SmartSlides from Client Group, Business Unit, and SmartCampaign data, making it easier to create presentation-ready reports at higher levels of your data hierarchy. Select your preferred data source and generate slides complete with performance metrics, insights, and key details.
TapClicks Platform
New Data Widget — Sankey Chart
A new Sankey Chart widget is now available, providing a high-level view of the customer and business journey by showing how users transition between key stages. This helps stakeholders quickly identify bottlenecks, conversion efficiency, and the most impactful pathways driving results.
Widget Data Tab Improvements
The metric selection experience in the widget data tab has been improved with drag-and-drop reordering directly in the selection box and a simplified inline cross icon to clear selections. Warning messages have also been moved to hover tooltips for a cleaner interface.
Quarterly Date Grouping for Data Widgets
Data Widgets now support quarterly date grouping, allowing performance data to be aggregated into Q1–Q4 views across all supported widgets. Teams can track quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year trends directly within dashboards, eliminating the need for manual exports when preparing for QBRs, budget pacing reviews, or ROI analysis.
Weekly Time Grouping Now Shows Full Date Range
Weekly data grouping in Data Grids now displays the full date range for each week instead of only the start date. This improvement eliminates ambiguity in Week-over-Week analysis by making it immediately clear which dates are included in each data point, reducing the need to manually calculate or verify date ranges.
User Experience Improvements for TapReports Mobile App
The TapReports Mobile App has been updated with usability improvements to two key areas of the app experience. The calendar selection has been reworked to make navigating and selecting date ranges more intuitive, and the filter selection experience has been improved to make it easier to apply and manage filters while on the go.
Instant On Connectors
Braze
TapClicks now offers a new Braze connector, enabling you to pull Braze campaign and messaging performance data directly into TapClicks for unified reporting. Marketing teams can now report on email, push, and multi-channel campaign analytics alongside their other data sources in one place.
Nimbata
A new Nimbata connector is now available in TapClicks, giving you the ability to bring their call tracking and attribution data directly into TapClicks for unified reporting. Nimbata is a call tracking and analytics platform that connects phone calls to the campaigns, channels, and keywords that drove them. With this connector, marketing teams can report on call performance alongside their other data sources, giving a more complete picture of campaign ROI and lead generation activity.
Criteo — Ads, Channel Details & Device Details
Three new data views have been added to the Criteo connector, Ads, Channel Details, and Device Details, extending reporting beyond the campaign level. These views give you granular visibility into ad-level performance, channel-specific breakdowns, and device and OS segmentation, and are available as default data views.
Simpli.fi — Organization ID
The Simpli.fi connector now includes an Organization ID field, exposed at the campaign level and inherited across all child data views. This makes it easier to filter, segment, and report on data by organization when managing multiple client accounts within a single TapClicks instance.
Facebook Insights — Replacements for Deprecated Metrics
The Facebook Insights connector has been updated with seven new fields across the Pages and Posts data views, replacing previously deprecated metrics and ensuring continued access to key engagement and performance data.
The following fields have been added to the Pages data view: Page Follows, Page Unfollows, and Page Views Paid Total.
The following fields have been added to the Posts data view: Post Media View Followers, Post Media View Non Followers, Post Media Views Organic, and Post Media Views Paid.
These additions ensure that users can continue to report on Facebook page and post performance without disruption, with updated metrics that align with Meta's current API.
Moat Connectors — Deprecation
The Moat Display, Moat Content, and Moat Video connectors have been deprecated. This change is the result of Moat discontinuing the APIs that powered these connectors, making it no longer possible to retrieve data through the integration.
Customers currently using any of these connectors should be aware that data will no longer be pulled into TapClicks. If you have questions about alternative reporting options or need assistance transitioning to a different data source, please reach out to your CSM.
SmartConnectors
SSH Key Authentication for SFTP
Smart Connectors using SFTP now support SSH key-based authentication in addition to password authentication, improving security and compatibility for enterprise data delivery configurations. This enhancement ensures that technically sophisticated clients whose SFTP servers require key-based access can connect without workarounds or manual intervention.
Adflo.ai
AI Operator Agent for Orders
Adflo now includes a new AI Agents panel, accessible via the sparkle icon, that allows users to build and edit Order, Product, and Flight forms directly within the platform using AI. You can chat with the agent to create, modify, or bulk update forms, with the ability to preview changes before applying them. This streamlines form configuration by replacing manual setup with guided AI prompts, saving time and making complex bulk updates faster and easier to manage.
