Are there any special permissions or actions necessary in order to connect to Amazon Sellers?
Yes. When connecting please make sure that the Amazon Seller username you are connecting with has "View & Edit" permissions on the Marketplace Appstore. Without this level of access, you will not be able to connect to your Amazon Seller data.

What is the difference between Amazon Ads, Amazon Seller, and Amazon DSP?
Amazon Seller provides information about the Amazon Seller Account rather than advertising data.
Amazon Advertising Console (which the TapClicks Amazon Ads connector connects to) presents advertising performance metrics including Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Products.
Amazon DSP connects to the Demand Side Platform including Local data.
What regions does TapClicks support from Amazon Sellers?
TapClicks supports both the US and CAN Marketplaces within the Seller Central system out of the box.
