Why isn’t my mapping data appearing after I connect to Amazon Ads?
This could be because your client only has Display data enabled from Amazon Ads (this data set is not yet supported). This could also be the result of very old campaigns in Amazon If neither of these is the case, please reach out to customercare@tapclicks.com or your Account Manager for assistance.
What is the difference between Amazon Ads and Amazon Seller?
Amazon Seller provides information about the Amazon Seller Account rather than advertising data. Amazon Advertising Console (which the TapClicks Amazon Ads connector connects to) presents advertising performance metrics including Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Products.
What is Amazon Marketing Service and why can’t I find it?
The Amazon Marketing Service product name changed to “Amazon Advertising Console”. You can get this information through the TapClicks Amazon Ads connector.
What fields (metrics) are available?
After you connect a data source to TapClicks, you can use that data in your reports. These fields are organized into groups of similar types of data called Data Views. You can view all fields and data views for a given data source in the Connector Marketplace. For Amazon Ads, you will find a list of all dimensions and metrics available for use in TapClicks, organized by data view, here: Amazon Ads metrics in the Connector Marketplace.
