] Log into TapClicks and on the Data menu, click Data Sources.
] The menu of data sources appears.
] To locate the Amazon Seller data source, either scroll through the list of data sources or enter the data source into the search box in the upper right (results appear automatically).
] Hover on the green plug in the top right of the data source tile. The icon will change, click the Manage Connections icon.
] The Manage Connections pop-up will appear. From the dropdown menu, select the Amazon Sellers connection that you want to re-authenticate.
Important: If you manage multiple Amazon Sellers connections, it is considered a best practice to authenticate each connection and then log out of each Amazon Seller account before starting on the next authentication. While this will take more time, in testing we saw that sometimes the Amazon Seller system will present a blank screen if your browser is authenticated to multiple sets of credentials. Signing out of Amazon makes sure that you start a fresh session and increases success. |
] Click "RE-AUTHENTICATE" to generate the auth flow. You will land on Amazon Sellers and be prompted to log into an account.
] Log into the account username consistent with the drop-down item from the previous step. When you log in successfully, you will land back on your dashboard.
] Repeat these steps for all connections that you need to re-authenticate.
] When complete, click Fetch My Data to initiate a fresh data fetch.
] To monitor fetch progress, on the Data menu, click Data Load Status.
] The Data Load Status Dashboard will open, here you can monitor the daily fetches for every connection of every data source. For more information, please refer to Understanding the Data Load Status Dashboard.
