Data Features
Enhanced Call Recording Accessibility in Channels
We've enhanced the call recording fields for both Marchex Marketing Edge and Invoca, as well as for any Smart Connector equipped with "Call Tracking URL" fields in Channels. This update replaces lengthy URL links with a convenient call recording player in the "Call Details" data view.
Now, users can directly access and play call recordings within their channels, simplifying data visualization and improving efficiency. This streamlined approach offers a more integrated and user-friendly experience on our dashboard.
If you’re interested in another call recording field from a different call tracking provider presenting as a call recording player when used in a channel, please reach out to your customer success manager or customercare@tapclicks.com.

Enhancements to AI-Generated Executive Summaries
In our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of AI-generated executive summaries, we have refined the default ChatGPT prompt across all instances to achieve more granular and precise outputs. For users who customized the initial prompts in Platform Settings before this update, your customized prompts will not be changed. This new default prompting will significantly improve the quality of initial summaries for all other users.

We have introduced a new Raven Rank Tracking Dashboard Template, designed to provide quick insights into Rank Tracking KPIs and their six-month trends. To enhance task management, administrators can now add a "Time Tracking Estimate" to tasks, providing team members with a clear expectation of the time required for completion. Additionally, we've refined several aspects of Time Tracking, including updated labels and setting default values of '0' for Minutes and Hours. These improvements streamline task tracking and help ensure accurate time management across projects.

New Raven Rank Tracking - Dimension Rename
We've updated the dimensions in our Raven Rank Tracking tool to better reflect the data they represent. The 'Competitor Website' and 'Competitor Website ID' dimensions have been renamed to 'Website' and 'Website ID', respectively.
