TapClicks Platform
Improved NAICS Industry Selection
The NAICS Industry text box in the Client edit page has been replaced with a user-friendly NAICS Industry dropdown menu. This enhancement simplifies industry selection by pre-populating the field for clients with existing codes, leaving it empty for those without, and ensuring consistent data entry. The search functionality further helps admins locate specific industries quickly, saving time.
Centralized Two-Factor Authentication Management
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now managed exclusively at the user level. Admins can enable or disable 2FA directly for users, apply bulk updates via CSV uploads, and access new UI enhancements for a more intuitive security management process. By removing redundant platform and role-level settings, this update simplifies administration, enhances efficiency, and ensures a consistent approach to user security.
Automatic Removal of Invalid Industry Codes
TapClicks now automatically removes invalid NAICS codes from the Client’s page and CSV exports. This update ensures greater data accuracy by eliminating the need for manual corrections, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and streamlining workflows for admins.
Data Features
Persistent Search Term Retention Across Data Sources
The mapping screen now retains user-entered search terms when switching between data sources. This enhancement eliminates the need for repetitive typing, saving time, and improving overall workflow efficiency during data source management. Additionally, users benefit from a more streamlined and consistent experience as they navigate across different data sources, reducing interruptions in their workflow.
Client Filtering
Admins can now filter by assigned client when managing data sources. This targeted filtering enables focused management of specific client-related data, making it easier to locate and update information. Filters can also be cleared to view all, enhancing flexibility and productivity when working with large datasets.
TapAnalytics
New Pre-Configured Dashboard Templates
TapClicks has introduced four new pre-configured dashboards for Instagram Professional, MatchCraft, Shopify, and MediaMath. These templates provide structured, ready-to-use insights tailored to each data source, helping users get started quickly without manual configuration. To access these templates, select Add New Dashboard and then choose Dashboard Templates to browse the full list of available options.
Introduced Filtering for Dashboards with On-Demand Data
Users can now filter dashboards on the homepage to identify those utilizing on-demand data sources. Accessible via the standard dashboard search and filter options, this improvement simplifies navigation and enhances the ability to manage dashboards more effectively in complex environments.
TapReports
Custom Subject Column for Scheduled Reports
A new Custom Subject column has been added to the Report Scheduler, providing users with enhanced control over report customization. This feature integrates seamlessly into the Report Scheduler CSV workflows, enabling users to manage custom subject lines efficiently in Downloaded Scheduled Report CSVs, Uploaded Scheduled Report CSVs, and the Sample CSV with Definition. This feature enables users to bulk edit custom subject lines for multiple scheduled reports, saving significant time and reducing manual effort.
Widgets
New Visualizations Default for Dashboard and Reports
Dashboards and Report Studio now default to v2 visualization plot types for new widgets and edits to existing widgets. This enhancement does not apply to Big Number or Data Grid widgets. These advanced visualizations offer enhanced data representation, providing users with modern and interactive charting options. By maintaining backward compatibility for current dashboards, the transition is seamless and ensures no disruption to existing workflows. Additionally, these visualizations are designed to accommodate a wide variety of use cases, making them highly adaptable for diverse reporting needs.
