TapClicks Platform
New Accessible Reports Field on Edit User Page
To improve user management, we've added the "Accessible Reports" field to the user edit page. This view-only field builds on our previously released "Accessible Dashboards" field and displays the Report Studio reports that users can access. It includes search functionality and a scrollbar for easy navigation. The field appears only in user edit mode and excludes deleted reports. Visibility is restricted to Super Admins and Business Unit Admins, with a dynamic dropdown list that updates based on the user's type.
Enhanced Engagement Insight on User Overview
The Users page now includes “Last Login,” “First Login,” and “Login Count” columns that show timestamps so administrators can better understand how and when each user is engaging with the platform. Super Admins and Business Unit Admins can now easily sort and filter this information, simplifying the process of identifying recent and older logins, and quickly assessing user engagement without opening individual user records.
Data Features
Client Specific Calculations
This feature allows you to create calculations specifically for a single client record rather than for all clients. Previously, you may have used naming conventions like “Client1 Conversion Rate” and “Client2 Conversion Rate,” but this wasn't always effective. Now, you can create client specific calculations within your dashboard, denoted with a calculator icon when building widgets. This feature is available on a limited basis. If you're interested, shoot us a note at: https://support.tapclicks.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. To learn about how to use client specific calculations, please refer to How to Create Client Specific Calculations.
TapAnalytics
New Dashboard Templates
Five new dashboard templates designed to enhance your marketing analytics and streamline your reporting process. These templates are tailored to specific platforms, enabling more targeted insights and efficient data management. The new templates include YouTube, Spotify Ads, Google Local Services, Search Ads 360, and Amazon DSP, allowing you to save time, improve decision-making, and enhance reporting.
Dashboard Folders
We have introduced a structured folder system in the TapClicks platform for better dashboard management. Super Admins can now create, manage, and navigate through folders with essential permissions, while other users can view the folders. The dashboard menu has been enhanced with sub-menu options: Recent Folders, Created by Me, and All, providing quick access to relevant folders. To learn about how to Dashboard folders, please refer to How to Use Dashboard Folders.
TapOrders
Webhook Publish Preference Setting
Super Admin users can now disable a preference switch “Using Webhook Events for Webhook Publish?”, which allows Webhook Publish integrations to always push data out of the platform. This simplifies workflows with multiple points of data push.
New Automatic Watching Preference Setting
A new preference setting allows you to disable "automatic watching" on Orders, Line Items, and Flights for receiving notifications. This prevents users from being automatically added as watchers and enrolled in email notifications based on their role’s notification settings and user settings. Instead, users can be added manually, by themselves or another user.
New Client Identifier Field
We've added a new feature to help streamline client management. To address the need for correlating client records with information from proposal generation systems, TapClicks now includes a dedicated field for the proposal system identifier. This enhancement ensures seamless data integration and accurate client information management by allowing users to correlate both their CRM and proposal system identifiers.
