TapClicks Platform
Custom Business Unit Name in Browser Tab Title
TapClicks now displays custom-branded Business Unit names in the browser tab title, replacing the instance name to ensure accurate branding visibility for users. This update maintains consistency across all pages and sections within the platform, reinforcing brand recognition. Users in branded Business Units will see their Business Unit name displayed in the browser tab, improving the overall experience. This change is supported across all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Introduced Audit Logs for Dashboard Management
TapClicks has introduced an Audit Log feature for enhanced transparency, capturing actions related to dashboard and folder management, including creation, deletion, and permission changes. Each action is logged with a timestamp and user details, making it easy to review and troubleshoot changes. Available in both List and Gallery Views, this addition provides a robust layer of accountability in the platform.
Introduced Audit Logs for Goals
We’ve extended Audit Logs to the Goals page, providing admins with a clear record of modifications, including who made each change and when. This enhancement improves platform transparency and simplifies troubleshooting, allowing admins to monitor and manage collaborative goal-setting more effectively.

Enabled Customizable Columns on Data Exporter Page
With customizable columns now available on the Data Exporter page, TapClicks lets users tailor on-screen tables to better fit their needs. Key fields such as Creator, Created Date, Last Modified Date, and Last Modified By can be selected for display, making it easier to access important information at a glance. This functionality is gradually expanding to other pages, offering more control over visible data and minimizing extra clicks.
Added Remaining Days Calculation Function
TapClicks has added a new Remaining Days calculation function to help users quickly determine the number of days left in a month from any given date. Ideal for budgeting, deadline tracking, and goal pacing, this addition to the calculations suite simplifies time-based insights. Users can easily incorporate date-based calculations into their workflows, enhancing scheduling and forecasting accuracy.
Introduced Extract Regex Function for Enhanced Data Extraction
We’ve introduced the Extract Regex function, designed to enhance data transformation by allowing users to capture specific data strings based on defined patterns. This tool is especially valuable for extracting details from text fields, making it easier to isolate and analyze key information. By offering precise data extraction, TapClicks equips users with more powerful capabilities for handling structured and semi-structured data.
Introduced Custom Calculation in Google Analytics 4 Connector
TapClicks now supports custom, advanced calculations in the GA4 On-Demand Connector, including functions like SUM, COUNT, LOWER, UPPER, and conditional statements (IF, ELSE, COUNTIF, SUMIF). This feature enables users to create tailored, complex calculations independently, expediting data analysis and offering faster, more flexible insights without requiring additional support. Enabled Drag-and-Drop Dashboard Organization
A new drag-and-drop feature for dashboard organization is now live, allowing users to arrange dashboards intuitively by simply dragging them into folders in both List and Grid Views. Visual cues, such as folder highlights and previews, guide users through the process, while built-in permission checks ensure secure handling. If permissions are insufficient, instant notifications prevent unintended actions, making this tool both intuitive and secure.
New Pre-Configured Dashboard Templates
We’ve added four pre-configured dashboard templates for Marchex, Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Email, Marchex Marketing Edge, and LocaliQ. These templates deliver structured, ready-to-use insights that accelerate data-driven decisions while minimizing setup time. By standardizing insights across instances, TapClicks ensures a consistent user experience right from the start.

Added House Icon for Funnel Chart
TapClicks has added a "House" icon to the Funnel Chart settings for Pictorial plots, tailored for users in housing-related sectors. This industry-specific icon aligns data visuals with relevant themes, enhancing clarity and making presentations more impactful. Users can customize the icon’s color and size to ensure seamless integration with other chart elements.

Enhanced Clone Functionality with Custom Field Reset
We’ve introduced new cloning flexibility, allowing Super Admins to flag specific fields on an Order, Product, or Flight form to be cleared when cloning. This enhancement keeps values unique to each Order, Line Item, or Flight, minimizing potential errors. With this feature, TapClicks offers a streamlined and more accurate cloning experience, reducing the need for manual adjustments.
Alphabetical Sorting for TapOrders & TapWorkflow
To improve usability, all lists within the TapOrders and TapWorkflow configuration settings are now alphabetically sorted, making it simpler to locate and select items. This update supports a faster, more intuitive configuration process, especially for users managing extensive lists or options.
Introduced Field Duplication Option for TapOrders
TapClicks has added a field duplication option to speed up the configuration process when creating new fields in Order, Product, Flight, or Client forms. Super Admins can quickly create new fields by duplicating existing ones, ensuring consistency and reducing setup time, especially in complex forms.
Instant On Connectors
Facebook Ads - New Field
TapClicks now offers the Cost Per Landing Page View field in the Facebook Ads Connector, giving users a deeper view of ad spend efficiency. This field is available across data views, including Ads, Ad Sets, Campaigns, Devices, Gender & Ages, Platforms, and Regions, enhancing budget and performance analysis within the platform.
Pinterest Ads - New Fields
We’ve expanded the reporting capabilities in the Pinterest Ads Connector by adding Total Add to Cart Conversions and Total Checkout Conversions fields. These fields simplify tracking for conversions, reducing the need for custom calculations and giving users greater insight into campaign performance and customer behavior.
Google Ad Manager - API Update
The Google Ad Manager connector is now integrated with the latest API version, v202408, ensuring full compatibility with Google’s most recent features and improvements. This update enables TapClicks to deliver a smooth and efficient experience, keeping users connected with the latest capabilities of Google Ad Manager.

TikTok Ads - New Fields
The TikTok Ads Connector now includes 80 new fields, such as Unique Ad Impression Events, Cost Per Ad Impression Event, Payment Completion ROAS (Offline), and Add to Cart Value (Offline). These additions cover a wide range of campaign activities, including offline actions like form submissions, registrations, and orders placed. With these new fields and many more, TapClicks provides users with deeper insights into ad performance, enabling more comprehensive reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Smart Connectors
Added Disable Duplicate Row Logging Option
TapClicks now offers an option to disable duplicate row logging for individual Smart Connectors, designed for cases where duplicate rows are expected. This feature prevents unnecessary notifications and declutters the Data Load Status Dashboard in situations where duplicates are intended. Users can manage this setting in the configuration screen, creating a cleaner data environment tailored to specific needs.
Push Connectors
Enabled Sub-Account Selection for Google Ads Push Connector
Users can now select specific Sub-accounts when pushing orders from TapClicks to Google Ads, offering greater flexibility in account mapping. This enhancement allows multiple clients to map to a single account, supporting more versatile campaign structures. By aligning with user feedback, TapClicks has created a more adaptable and streamlined campaign management experience.
