TapReports
Customizable Subject Lines for Scheduled Reports
Users can now personalize the subject lines for their email reports within the Scheduled Reports module. A new "Email Subject Line" input field has been added to the report schedule set up page, allowing you to edit and define the subject for each report. This improvement ensures that automated reports are informative and tailored to the recipient’s needs. If no subject line is entered, the system will automatically generate one based on the report’s frequency and label, streamlining the process while giving users the flexibility to customize.
AI-Generated Executive Summaries for Reports
TapClicks now allows you to generate AI-powered executive summaries for individual widgets on your Reports. These summaries are automatically created, providing concise insights into the data within each widget. The summaries are displayed in a dedicated section, placed conveniently above the active widget, making it easy for users to grasp key information without having to navigate away from the original content. The new feature is designed to streamline data review and improve overall workflow efficiency.
TapAnalytics
Improved UI Design for Dashboards and Dashboard Folders
We’ve made several UI improvements to enhance the user experience within the Dashboards section. We've added refinements to section titles for better readability and updated the visual hierarchy to more clearly distinguish parent and child folders, making it easier to navigate complex folder structures. These updates improve clarity and give users more control over their workspace while maintaining a clean and consistent layout that aligns with TapClicks’ overall design philosophy.
Connected Data Source Based Template Selection
TapClicks has improved the template selection process by first displaying dashboard templates relevant to the data sources users have connected. This means the most applicable templates appear at the top of your list, so you can quickly build reports that are highly relevant to your data. By reducing the time spent searching for the right templates, this update enhances your experience and increases your efficiency in building comprehensive reports.
Moz Dashboard Template
A new Moz dashboard template has been introduced for SEO specialists, simplifying the process of adding Moz Link Explorer data into reports. This template allows users to quickly understand their website’s domain authority, backlink profile, and link performance metrics such as Total Links, Links Count, and External Followed Links. Additionally, the template provides insights into performance trends, making it easier to assess and track SEO efforts at the domain and web page levels.
Widgets
Cluster Points in TapMap
We’ve introduced Cluster Points to TapMap, providing a new way to visualize data clusters on your maps. This new option, available under the Layer settings, lets you switch between displaying geographic boundaries and clustering data points based on proximity or density. The flexibility to toggle between these views allows for clearer insights when dealing with dense datasets, enabling users to quickly spot patterns or concentrations of data in their geographical areas of interest.
Instant On Connectors
Placer - New Connector
We have released a new connector for Placer, enabling users to report on Placer data alongside their other advertising channels. This addition allows users to seamlessly integrate Placer data into their TapClicks reports and dashboards, providing a more comprehensive view of campaign performance and enhancing the ability to analyze location-based insights.
DialogTech - Connector Deprecation
Support for DialogTech has been discontinued as part of TapClicks' alignment with the vendor’s API deprecation. This ensures that TapClicks continues to stay up-to-date with industry developments and offers users reliable and current integrations.
Google Display & Video 360 – New Data Views
TapClicks has added two new data views for the Google Display & Video 360 connector: Line Item Devices and Line Item Sites. The Line Item Devices view allows users to report on device data for each line item, providing deeper insights for optimizing ad performance across devices. The Line Item Sites view enables reporting on site-specific data, helping users understand how ads perform on different sites. LinkedIn Ads – New Data View
A new data view called Device Performance is now available for LinkedIn Ads. This view allows users to report on device-specific data, offering deeper insights into how ads perform across different devices. This enhancement helps marketers better understand their audience's behavior and optimize their LinkedIn ad campaigns accordingly. To leverage this new data view, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or customercare@tapclicks.com.
Amazon DSP – New Field
The Audience Segment field has been added to the Audience Details Data View for Amazon DSP, enabling users to report on specific audience segments within their campaigns. This enhancement provides marketers with more detailed insights into audience targeting and campaign performance, allowing for more precise optimizations.
Boostability – New Fields
TapClicks has added two new fields, Improved Keywords and Improved Keywords (Lifetime), to the Customers Data View for Boostability. These new fields provide deeper visibility into keyword performance, allowing users to monitor improvements over time and optimize their SEO strategies accordingly.
CallRail - New Field
The CallRail Account ID field is now available in all data views, allowing users to report on and track CallRail Account IDs alongside their other campaign data. This enhancement improves reporting accuracy and provides users with better insight into how their CallRail accounts are performing across various campaigns.
Google Ad Manager – New Field
We have added the Order Status and Line Item Status fields to the Orders and Line Items data views for Google Ad Manager. Users can now include these status fields in their reports, providing better visibility into the current state of their campaigns and enabling more informed decision-making. LinkedIn Ads – New Fields
TapClicks has added new fields, Creative Name, and Ad Introduction Text, to the LinkedIn Ads Connector. This allows users to report on the names and introductory text of their InMail creatives, offering a more detailed analysis of ad content and performance within LinkedIn campaigns.
Stack Adapt – New Fields
New audio fields have been added to the Campaigns and Line Items Data Views for the Stack Adapt connector: Audio 25% Completion, Audio 50% Completion, Audio 75% Completion, Audio Completions, and Audio Completion Rate. These fields provide detailed insights into the performance of audio ads, allowing users to track how effectively their audio content is engaging listeners at different stages of ad completion making it easier to optimize audio ad campaigns based on audience interaction.
On Demand Connectors
TikTok Ads – Fields Update
We have made updates to the TikTok Ads On Demand Connector, adding new fields and deprecating an existing one. These changes enhance reporting capabilities for TikTok campaigns, allowing users to create more detailed visualizations with the updated fields.

Smart Connectors
Audit Logs Expansion for Smart Connectors
Audit Logs have been expanded to the Smart Connector feature, providing admins with more transparency and control over changes made within the platform. Super Admins can now easily track what changes were made, who made them, and when they occurred, improving troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
Smart Connector Relationships Page
We have expanded the Relationships page to include Smart Connectors, enhancing it to display where specific connectors and fields are in use across the platform. This update replaces the previous limited in-app message and now provides a full list of relationships, which can be exported as a CSV for external review. This feature simplifies connector management and improves overall workflow transparency.
Push Connectors
Facebook Ads Push Connector – Audience Targeting
With this update, the Facebook Ads Push Connector now supports audience targeting. Users can retrieve audience data from their Facebook business accounts and apply it to the product form, streamlining the process of selecting and targeting audiences during the order push. This enhancement allows for more precise targeting and better alignment with campaign objectives.
Facebook Ads Push Connector – Business Account Selection
The Facebook Ads Push Connector has been updated to allow users to select the relevant Facebook business account during the order creation process. This new feature enhances flexibility and accuracy, making it easier to match the correct business account and product form to each order. It provides users with more control over their Facebook ad campaign management directly from the TapClicks platform.
Facebook Ads Push Connector – External ID Support
Facebook Ads pushed from the TapOrders flight level now support the inclusion of external IDs, allowing users to easily navigate to the recently created order after a successful push. This update streamlines the process for users by linking the external ID directly to the Facebook ad, making it easier to manage and track ad campaigns from the platform.
Xandr Push Connector – Client Association
The Xandr Push Connector now supports client association with specific advertisers when an Order is triggered from TapOrders to the Xandr platform. Previously, orders were pushed to a single advertiser by default, but this update allows for greater flexibility by ensuring orders are sent to the correct advertiser based on the specific client association setup. This resolves previous limitations and improves overall workflow efficiency for Xandr users.
Xandr Push Connector – Creative Upload Feature
The Xandr Push Connector has been enhanced to allow users to upload creatives directly from TapOrders. This update simplifies the workflow by allowing creatives to be uploaded and associated with specific line items within the Xandr platform, eliminating the need for manual creative uploads and making the campaign setup process faster and more efficient.
Xandr Push Connector – Geo-Targeting
The Xandr Push Connector now includes support for geography targeting at the line item level. This enhancement allows users to set specific geographic parameters for each line item, providing more granular control over where and how ads are delivered. It improves targeting capabilities and ensures that ads are shown to the right audience in the desired geographic locations.
