Before you begin: This article provides an overview of how to configure and customize Buysheets in TapClicks. Buysheets are used as detailed receipts or simple contracts for advertising orders, and it's important to configure them before orders are created. What is a Buysheet?
A Buysheet contains detailed information about the execution of an order. It serves two primary purposes:
- Receipt: A detailed summary of the order’s terms.
- Contract: It can act as a basic agreement between the advertiser and the agency before the order is officially confirmed.
Where to Find an Order's Buysheet
1] Log in to TapClicks and on the Orders menu, click Orders.
2] Locate the Order for which you want to view the Buysheet by using the filter or using the search box at the top of the page.
3] Click the Print Buysheet icon and the Buysheet will open, where you can view the Order's relevant information.
Customizing a Buysheet
1] Log in to TapClicks and on the Orders menu, click Orders.
2] Scroll down and under the Administration menu, click Buysheet Configuration.
3] Select the fields for your Buysheet from the list of available fields on the left. The fields you click on will appear on the right and will be included on the Buysheet.

4] Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
5] To review the updated Buysheet, click the Print Buysheet icon on any order. If the Buysheet for an order was already created before the configuration update, click Regenerate to refresh the settings.
Important Notes
Buysheet configuration should only be modified by administrators to ensure consistency and accuracy across all orders. There is only one Buysheet template, and it applies to all orders, meaning changes made in configuration will impact all Buysheets.
