Using PowerPoint Templates in TapClicks
When exporting reports, you can upload a PowerPoint template from your company's documentation for use in TapClicks. Creating a template for your PowerPoint exports is an easy way to customize exported presentations.

Building a PowerPoint template involves modifying a slide master and a set of slide layouts. Every version of PowerPoint is different, so check the Office website for more details.
How to Create a PowerPoint Template
1] Start by saving your PowerPoint file as .potx (yes, that isn't a typo... not .pptx) file.
2] In TapClicks, in the Admin menu, click Platform Settings.
3] Select the Templates tab across the top.
4] Click the upload template square.
5] Navigate to the template on your local machine and click Open.
6] Make sure the Use Custom Template radio button is selected and click Save at the bottom of the page.
|NOTE: Currently, you can only upload one dashboard-wide template for the system.
Can I Have Different PowerPoint Templates for my Business Units?
Yes, you can have different templates for different business units. In order to set the unique PowerPoint template for the business units, you need to upload it in the Business Unit settings (Admin->Business Units->Branding). This setting will override the dashboard-wide template when pulling reports for clients in that business unit or for the entire business unit.
|NOTE: You can not set unique PowerPoint templates for clients or client groups as of yet.
