You can upload a PDF to add a report cover or back page. You can select a cover/back page in Quick Reports, Scheduled Reports, and in Dashboards by using the "Build PDF report" feature. If you use Business Units, adding a cover or back page enables you to customize reports for individual Business Units.
How to Add a Report Cover
1] Log in to TapClicks and, on the Reports menu, click Report Covers.
2] In the upper-right corner, click the Add Report Cover (plus sign) icon.
3] The New Cover/Back Page page appears.
4] Enter a name for the cover in the Name textbox.
5] From the Business Unit dropdown menu, choose a business unit to associate with this report.
6] Depending on whether you wish to add a report cover or a back page, click inside either the Front Cover or Back Cover square to reveal the Open window.
7] Navigate to the PDF cover page file you wish to add and click Open.
8] At the bottom of the page, click the Save button.
How to Select a Cover/Back Page in a Quick Report
1] Log in to TapClicks and, on the Reports menu, click Quick Report.
2] The Quick Report page appears.
3] To choose a cover/back page, select one from the dropdown menu on the left.
4] When finished, click Generate Report at the bottom left of the page.
How to Select a Cover/Back Page in a Scheduled Report
1] Log in to TapClicks and, on the Reports menu, click Report Scheduler.
2] To add a cover/back page to an existing scheduled report, scroll or use the search box to find it and click the Edit (pencil) icon. Otherwise, click the Add Report (plus sign) icon in the top right corner of the page to create a new scheduled report.
3] Scroll down to the Format and Content section. From the dropdown menu, select a cover/back page.
4] When finished, click Save at the bottom of the page.
How to Select a Cover/Back Page in a Dashboard PDF Report
1] Log in to TapClicks and, on the Reports menu, click Dashboards.
2] To add a cover/back page to a PDF report from an existing dashboard, scroll or use the search box to find it and click it. Otherwise, click the Add New Dashboard button from the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the page.
3] When your dashboard is ready to be converted into a report, click the Share button at the top of the page.
4] From the dropdown menu that appears, select Build PDF Report.
5] The report builder appears. Choose a cover/back page from the dropdown menu on the left side of the page.
6] When your report is ready, click Download in the bottom left.
