You can upload a PDF to add a report cover or back page. You can select a cover/back page in Quick Reports, Scheduled Reports, and in Dashboards by using the "Build PDF report" feature. If you use Business Units, adding a cover or back page enables you to customize reports for individual Business Units.
How to Add a Report Cover
1] Login to TapClicks and on the Reports menu, click Report Covers.
2] In the upper right, click the Add New Report Cover button.
3] The New Cover/Back Page page appears.
4] Enter a name for the cover in the Name textbox.
5] From the Business Unit dropdown menu, choose a business unit to associate with this report.
6] Click inside the Cover Page square to reveal the Open window.
7] Navigate to the PDF cover page file you wish to add and click Open.
8] At the bottom of the page, click the Save button.
How to Add a Back Page
9] Do steps 1 - 5 above.
10] Click inside the Back Page square to reveal the Open window.
11] Navigate to the PDF back page file you wish to add and click Open.
12] At the bottom of the page, click the Save button.
How to Select a Cover/Back Page in a Quick Report
1] Login to TapClicks and on the Reports menu, click Quick Report.
2] Your new quick report will open.
3] To choose a cover/back page, select one from the dropdown menu on the left.
4] When finished, click Generate Report at the bottom left of the page.
How to Select a Cover/Back Page in a Scheduled Report
1] Login to TapClicks and on the Reports menu, click Report Scheduler.
2] To add a cover/back page to an existing scheduled report, scroll or use the search box to find it and click the edit button. Otherwise, click the Add Report button in the top right corner of the page to create a new scheduled report.
3] Scroll down to the Format and Content section. From the dropdown menu, select a cover/back page.
4] When finished, click Save at the bottom of the page.
How to Select a Cover/Back Page in a Dashboard PDF Report
1] Login to TapClicks and on the Reports menu, click Dashboards.
2] To add a cover/back page to a PDF report from an existing dashboard, scroll or use the search box to find it and click it. Otherwise, click the Add New Dashboard button in the top right corner of the page.
3] When your dashboard is ready to be converted into a report, click the More Options button at the top of the page and select Build PDF Report.
4] The report builder will open. Choose a cover/back page from the dropdown menu on the left side of the page.
5] When your report is ready, click Download in the bottom left.
