No, only the person who originally inserted a formula can modify it. Likewise, only that person can manually refresh the data.
Can I give my client or colleague access to the sidebar?
Yes, you can add your client or colleague as a user in your instance. To do this, go to the TapClicks app and add them as a user in the User menu.
If I add my client as a user, will they have access to all my data?
No, users can only access data based on the data profile they are assigned to. They will only see the data they have been provisioned for.
I’m trying to insert a formula, but I’m getting an error that I’m not logged in. What should I do?
The sheet owner must have the TapClicks for Google Sheets Add-on installed for the TapClicks custom function to work. If the sheet owner does not have the add-on installed but you do, you will encounter an error.
I'm unable to view or access certain metrics in the Google Sheets connector. What should I do?
Ensure that the required metrics are enabled in the respective TapClicks data profile they are associated with.
