We have added a tile for Microsoft Azure to the SC marketplace. This is a new delivery type tile.
Updates to existing templates
We have updated the following templates in the Smart Connector marketplace:
- Friends2Follow: added a new data view (“Streams”) and updated the logo
- Media Prowler: updated the logo
- Iovox: updated name to iovox
- LeadsRX Conversion Attribution: updated logo
- LeadsRX Grouping Performance: updated logo
- Adtheorant: updated logo
- Strata: changed name to Freewheel
Remove customer ID from uniqueness key
We have removed the requirement for having the customer ID be part of the uniqueness key for Smart Connectors. By doing this, we ensure there is little to no duplication of data in the system when you change an assignment (or mapping) from one client record to another. This update completes the effort from the data quality team over the last year. For more details about this project, please see this status page notification.
Criteo API upgrade
What have moved to the newest version of the API to ensure the data continues to flow. As we move forward, this will allow for additional data sets to be added.
Amazon Ads support for additional data sets
For Sponsored Display and Sponsored Brand Video Campaigns, clients will now be able to report on all their Amazon Ads campaigns data in a single cohesive manner within the visualizations and reports.
Google Ads new data view
We built a new data view to pull the landing page URL report from Google Ads. Because of this change, clients can now report and build visualization based off the report for their end clients, where previously they were unable to do so.
Birdeye added fields
We have added fields for Recommended and Sentiment Type to the Reviews data view. These fields are tied to the non-Google reviews. This creates a more robust data set and enables users to report on these fields in line with the Reviews to properly understand the opinions of the submitter.
Pinterest Ads added fields
We have added the fields Ad Group Billing Type, Description, Pin Format and Creative Type to the Promoted Pins data view. We have also added Ad Group Billing Type to the Ad Group data view. Clients will now have additional flexibility when grouping and filtering data in widgets for their reporting.
YouTube added field
We added the field Channel Name to the Videos data view as well as all its child data views. Clients will now be able to group and filter data by this field for reporting purposes.
Marchex added three new fields
We have exposed three new fields which will enable a user to see alternative information for calls from Marchex in an advertiser's local timezone as it has been defined in Marchex. The three fields are as follows:
- Call date (Local)
- Time of day (Local)
- Day of week (Local)
This will allow clients to further tailor their data story for specific client needs.
Orders & Workflow
Enhanced client workflow
We have enhanced client workflows to improve usability and to bring them more in line with other components of Tap Orders and Tap Workflow. There is no additional configuration to activate this feature. Simply adding in a client workflow will enable the new views. The enhancements enable users to do the following:
- View the workflow and task information from the client’s page
- Take action on tasks from this view
- Show the additional details from the client page while viewing the comments/tasks regarding the client record
Reports
Added new Goals and Pacing module (beta release)
The new Goals and Pacing module will allow users to setup goals to automatically track their campaign performance. Goals can be narrowed down to any piece of data on the platform based on date range, dimensions and metrics. They can be tracked against any timeframe.
The new Goals and Pacing feature is not backwards compatible with the old Goals and Pacing. The new Goals and Pacing module is only available to customers solely on the new UI. For the beta release, only super admins will have access to this module.
