Assign entire smart connector to a single client
Users can now import files with no assignment in their file and connect all the data to a single client. This can be done without having to select individual assignment values ( e.g., campaigns, accounts).
Google Drive support for team/shared drive
Users can now bring in data from a shared Google Drive via the Google Drive delivery type. This means that users who store their data in shared drives can now access those files via the Google Drive delivery type.
Query in Progress added to Insert Formula and Save Query
We added loading modals to the Insert Formula and Save Query action to display query progress. Users will now be able see visually when their action is being performed and they will have the ability to cancel it if they’d like.
Action button dropdown redesign
We redesigned and consolidated all the sidebar actions into one multi-select button. Users will now be able to easily see which action they are about to perform and intuitively change it if they need to.
Added instance and user email to left side navigation
We now display the instance, and the email the user is logged in with, on the left side navigation. Users that log in with multiple credentials can now easily check which user they are logged in as and for which TapClicks instance. Users can also log directly into their instance from the left side navigation by clicking on the instance.
Added template gallery to top menu
We added a template gallery link to the top navigation. Users can now access templates for Google Ads and Facebook Ads to get an idea of how they can import and visualize their data. They can also copy the entire template or the individual formulas to use with their own data.
Added query manager to left side navigation
We added a query manager page to the left side navigation. User can now see all their saved queries in one place and edit or delete them as needed.
Added branding to top of query page
We added branding to the top of the query page.
Added Clear button
We added a Clear button to the query page. Users can now clear their query without having to remove each individual selection.
Special character handling on filenames
We have brought back the ability to upload files with special characters in their names. The filenames will however automatically have the special characters replaced with an underscore. For instance, the filename Joe’sPizza$creative would be uploaded with Joe_sPizza_creative as the final filename. Also, Joe’sPizzaCreative$ would become Joe_sPizzaCreative. This solves the issue of requiring users to rename their files to adhere to the rules of uploading the file to the system.
Users should ensure that they are not using naming conventions that would unintentionally create duplicate filenames because of this substitution. The following special characters are still prohibited because of security/technical impact: ?&#\\%<>+
Include preview and send now actions to report scheduler list view
We have new actions that can be performed on Scheduled Reports. Now in the Scheduled Report area, you can preview the scheduled report that will go out, as well as do an immediate send now on that report. Clicking the airplane will do a send now. Clicking the eyeball will allow you to send a preview to an email address.
Add icon to open dashboard in new tab
Users can now open dashboards in new tabs by clicking the Open in New Tab icon in the dashboard preview image.
Create recurring goals
Users can now save time every month by setting up recurring goals. It is no longer necessary to manually create individual goals for clients.
Set budget rollover option
We have added recurring goals to the list of options within the Goals Beta module in response to customer feedback. This enables users to set a budget rollover for budget-based goals. It carries forward the remainder of the prior budget on a recurring goal to better represent how the spend will be allocated. This feature is invoked with the new Does this Goal Repeat? option.
Once enabled as a recurring goal, users can then set the schedule on which it will recur and specify whether or not the budget rollover applies. Please reach out to your Account Manager to be added to the Goals Beta testing group as we finalize this product.
Allow scheduling emails with no attachments
Users now have the ability to control whether or not the attachment is included in a scheduled report, which also includes an EZ Login link. This change enables the system to send the email as scheduled, with the appropriate link for the dashboard or report studio and the timeframe, but will not attach a file to the email.
Send report now
This change allows users to immediately send a scheduled report to ALL of the recipients in the scheduled report.
Send preview of scheduled report template
This change allows users to send a scheduled report to a select group of emails to preview the results, before saving the scheduled report.
