-
In between
-
Greater than
-
Less than
With this new feature, users will now be able to view data more quickly and clearly. Some of examples of when to use this new feature include the following:
-
Identify data outliers and anomalies
-
Display opportunities and/or risks
-
Determine the current stage of a process.
-
Focus on a single aspect of the data.
-
Resolve data inconsistencies
Added a client group filter to the Report Studio page
We have released a new feature to pre-filter by Client Group in Report Studio (see image below) similar to filter by Client. Users can now create reports for pre filtered Client Groups. This feature adds functionality that was previously missing.
TapOrders
Introduced dashboard date, updated business logic and added data views
We have reworked the TapOrders/Workflow data views to be more standardize and dependable. To do this we have introduced a dashboard date which is used for dashboard filtering. This date field is populated with the start date, end date or create date of the entity to ensure that all items are properly represented when querying, even if the date fields are left blank or not configured on a form.
We also updated the business logic for the orders with tasks, line items with tasks and flights with tasks to expose the base attributes properly for filtering. This should close many gaps involving attempts to filter on custom fields from the order, line item or flight forms.
Additionally, we have added new data views for tasks with orders, tasks with line items and tasks with flights to enable users to create task-centric reports while incorporating detail from the orders, line items and flights.
TapAnalytics
Made usability changes in Data Exporter
We have made some usability updates to the Data Exporter main page. These include the following:
- Display basic recent error details when an export fails (see image below). This eliminates the need to click into each exporter.
- Display a “running” status which indicates that the export is currently running (see image below).
These updates give users more information from the main page while minimizing the number of clicks needed to get the information they need.
Added option to cancel widget filter
All widget filter queries now include a timeout option. A pop-up box will display, after a short while, with the option to cancel or continue the query. Users can now choose to unblock themselves from a widget filter query that could take a long time to complete. Instead of choosing from a list generated by the query, users now have the opportunity to free-type a filter after canceling.
Added bulk import functionality for margin rules
Margin rules enable users to apply a markup or margin to cost data collected from data sources. We have had a margin rule export for quite some time, but with this release, we have added the ability to import margin rule changes and new margin rules.
To access the feature, click the Upload button on the margin rule configuration page and select the CSV file to upload. To get a sample file with the currently defined margin rules as an example, select the download from that screen instead.
Instant On Connectors
Amazon Ads - upgraded API to v3
We have done an API upgrade for Amazon Ads to the v3 API. This upgrade keeps the connector on the latest version of the API and maintains the data flow for all users.
Pinterest Ads - upgraded API to v6
We have upgraded Pinterest Ads Live Calls to v5 of the API. We're now on the most current API version and can expose new fields from Pinterest as they become available.
Pinterest - added metrics, fields, and updated labels
We have made the following changes:
- Added additional video-specific summary metrics
- Added additional calculated fields for video-specific KPI rates
- Changed labels around “Repins” to “Saves” to line up with the Pinterest UI
Previously, if users wanted to see their performance for certain video KPIs, they would need to sum the “Earned” and “Paid” values together. Now we’re bringing those together for users so they don’t need to build calculations. Similarly for the rate values. Around Repins, renaming the field establishes more trust with users since they are referring to the correct field between our systems.
Instagram Professional - added data view
We have added a data view for the Media Comments. The addition of this view will enable users to see the various comments on their Instagram posts. This is an additional level of granularity that previously wasn’t available.
The Trade Desk - built logic to retrieve offline conversions
We have built out the logic that identifies when a connection has advertisers that will have offline conversions and thus need additional fetches to retrieve that information. Our new logic provides an automatic fetch for these connections on Saturdays which reloads the last 35 days of data to pull in the offline conversions. This helps our system remain in sync with The Trade Desk and minimize data inaccuracies.
Google Ads - upgraded API to v12
We have moved the Google Ads connector to the version 12 API. This was done to ensure that TapClicks continues to offer our users the latest version of the API which assures data continuity.
TikTok Ads - added data view
We have built a data view for DMA data within the TikTok Ads connector. This enables users to visualize and report on DMA data for TikTok for their end clients in a holistic manner.
Google Business Profile - made various upgrades and deprecations

Google My Business - added data views and changed name

Smart Connectors
Added support for assignment value and assignment ID
Users can now have a backend assignment ID with a frontend assignment value. Users prefer to use readable names, as opposed to IDs, for their mapping field, but the names can change over time (e.g., account name, campaign name).
This new feature enables users with data to use an assignment value (i.e., Campaign Name) that can change over time while keeping the ID (i.e., Campaign ID) constant. In this way, processing data and making assignments still rely on the ID, but show the value on-screen for users when making assignments.
