Exposed business unit attributes in business unit table
We have added the ability for users to instantly determine the type of business unit (single BU or group of BUs) within the Business Units table, eliminating the need to open each business unit individually. Also, users can use the column selector to choose the information that matters most to them.
Data Features
Updated "log_date" type from varchar to date on Data Exporter
We have updated the {{log_date}} for data stored in the database to be of type = {{date}}. Previously it was of type = {{varchar}}.
This makes the date field for {{log_date}} from TapClicks' database behavior more commonly like other traditional date fields. This will help users when it comes to database hygiene moving forward.
We have approached this change to have as little impact on our users as possible:
- Existing Data Exporters will continue to send the {{log_date}} field as a {{varchar}} type field to NOT impact target database tables
- Newly created Data Exporters will send the {{log_date}} field as a {{date}} type field
- If users edit their Data Exporters...
- and they do not change their target table, {{log_date}} will stay as {{varchar}}
- and they do change their target table, {{log_date}} will change to {{date}}
We hope this will give our users sufficient flexibility when it comes to their Data Exporters.

New ability to add tags to leads
We have enhanced the usability of the leads management module. Client and business users now can add tags to leads. With this enhancement, the leads tagging functionality can be used by non-Super Admin users.
TapReports
Introduced new chart type - Bubble Chart
We have added a new chart type, the bubble chart, in the dashboard and Report Studio. This new chart type enriches data visualization capabilities by allowing users to represent and analyze data across three dimensions. It does so by using the X and Y axes to represent two dimensions and the size of the bubbles to represent a third dimension. In this way, the bubble chart enables simultaneous comparisons of multiple data points. To learn more about bubble charts, their benefits and when to use them, see Bubble Chart Overview.
TapOrders
Added support for hyperlink field input type
We have added the ability to configure Order, Product, and Flight forms with a data type = hyperlink. Using the hyperlink data type when configuring forms means URLs that are input in the form are available as clickable links on the Order, Line Item, or Flight details pages after form submission.
Instant On Connectors
Xandr Invest - updated data pull timezone
We have updated how we pull data for our users to ensure that the data comes through in the connected user’s timezone. Now when building out reports for their clients, users can report on the data in a more accurate timezone.
The Trade Desk - added new data view
We have added a new data view labeled Conversions By Creative. Users now have further insights into conversion data related to their creatives. Fields impacted include the following:

On Demand Connectors
Spotify Ads - upgraded API
We have moved the Spotify API to v2 to ensure we maintain data accuracy and availability.
Updated logic across all live microservices
We have updated common logic across all live microservices for a consistent experience with Total Rows and In-grid aggregation logic. A consistent experience means that all new connectors will adhere to the same strategy and users will not be confused when moving from one connector to another.
Smart Connectors
Eliminated impact of fetch delay
We have eliminated the impact of the "fetch delay” on Smart Connectors on non-daily data fetches. Now, when users click on Update Dashboard, the data from their Smart Connectors will not need to wait for the daily fetch delay. This minimizes the amount of time they need to wait for data to be refreshed in their dashboard.
Added individual fetches
We have added the ability for users to run individual fetches. Instead of running a fetch for all data sources when editing or creating a Smart Connector, users now have the ability to run a fetch for just one Smart Connector. This improves fetch performance and eliminates the need to run fetches for all data sources when there's only a need to refresh/load data for one.
