TapClicks Platform
Added a new field to client record for proposal tool ID
Users that need to automate client creation have been using the existing CRM ID field on the client record in TapClicks to store the source CRM identifier. Similarly, there are some users that need to correlate their TapClicks client record with the client information from their proposal generation system. In this scenario, a client has one identifier in the CRM and another identifier in the proposal tool.
To address this issue, we have exposed a new dedicated field on the client record to house the client identifier from the proposal generation system for data sync purposes. For users who need to correlate both their client identifiers from their proposal systems to their TapClicks client records, we now support this.
TapOrders
Added round-robin task assignment as workflow configuration option
This feature enables tasks in a particular queue to follow a round-robin task assignment model. User A gets assigned the first generated task, user B gets assigned the second generated task, and so on.
SuperAdmins can configure any queue for round-robin task assignment, which includes selecting which users should be in the round-robin. This setting will round-robin assign any task without a pre-determined auto-assignment to the list of selected users. This feature ensures that tasks never go unassigned and work does not get missed.
TapAnalytics
Added new calculations functions
We have added three new functions to the TapClicks calculations feature:
- {{FLOOR(value)}}: Returns the largest integer value that is less than or equal to the value provided
- {{CEIL(value}}): Returns the smallest integer value that is greater than or equal to the value provided
- {{ROUND(value)}}: Rounds off the provided value to the nearest integer.
This gives users more options when working with calculations.
TapReports
Added option to hide widgets
This feature gives users the option to choose whether they want to display or hide the widgets associated with their products according to their preference (see image below). Users now have the option to hide widgets related to products that have exceeded their designated run date in relation to the dashboard filter date. Users also have the option to retrieve multiple widgets simultaneously, within a specific section. This upgrade applies to the dashboard UI, all export options, and Report Scheduler.
Added ability to hide section titles and page numbers in Report Scheduler
Users now have the ability to hide section titles and page numbers in their PDF/PPT reports while using Report Scheduler (see image below). This feature, which was previously only available through the dashboard, is now available in Report Scheduler.

Added support for Google Drive folder ID as data path
Users can now paste their folder ID and their folder path to locate their data in Google Drive (see images below). This makes it easier to point the Smart Connector to the data.
Added unique field validation to sub-levels
Users can now validate that the parent inheritance fields match the unique fields at the parent data view level for a multi-level Smart Connector. Users can validate that their relational fields match across multi-level Smart Connectors. Now when users make a change to their unique field, all lower levels are updated because they all need to have the same field listed as “parent-inheritance” fields.
Added Go To Manage Data Sources button to Manual Upload page
We’ve made the Go To Manage Data Sources button on the Manual Upload page always visible. Users with a manual Smart Connector that bomb their Smart Connector, but retain their file, will not need to upload a file in order to navigate to Manage Data Sources through the configuration flow.
Removed region requirement for Amazon S3
We’ve removed the region requirement from the Amazon S3 connection setup. Users no longer need to specify a region for Amazon S3.
Added folder picker for Google Drive
We’ve added a folder picker for Google Drive. Users can now use the UI to more easily find the Google Drive folder they are looking to connect to.
Added support for Sheets in a shared drive
We now support Sheets in shared drives. Users can now access their Google Sheets that are located in shared drives.
