Data Features
More flexible date ranges added in Data Exporter
We have made available more flexible date range options in Data Exporter. New options include the following:
- Preset - this enables users to select preset ranges, similar to what's found on the report scheduler screen (see image below).
- Custom - this enables users to select either a static date range or a dynamic date range, similar to what's found on the report scheduler screen. Users can also use a negative day value to indicate future dates for customers using a Smart Connector to bring in data that is logged against future dates (see image below).
- Value - users have more options when it comes to what date ranges they export from the system. More control over the days in the export also enables users more control over how many rows are exported.
New destination added in Data Exporter
We have a new destination for those who use the Data Exporter: Amazon Redshift. Users who need to push their data from TapClicks into Amazon Redshift can now do so. This is the first iteration of this Data Exporter destination and we would love to get feedback from interested customers about how to make this destination easier to use.
Added support for zero value in Margin/Markup
Margin and Markup now support the ability to add “0%” in rules. This is an important addition to help with scalable Margin and Markup rules when defining them across multiple groups of client records. This provides more scalable options for users.
Updated content of Data Load Status email notification
For users who get emails from Data Load Status about their fetch failures, we have made a change to provide them with more information. The email notifications now include the date of the last successful fetch for that data source connection. In this way, users have a clearer idea of how long the issue has been a problem right from their email.
Enabled export of all Smart Campaigns
Users who have many Smart Campaigns cannot easily see all the configuration details across all their Smart Campaigns in a simple-to-consume format. To resolve this, we have created a way to export this data from the application into a CSV file for review. This is helpful for users who want to see how certain Smart Campaigns are configured so they can make better decisions about the next steps.
TapAnalytics
Exposed Ideal Pacing metric in widgets
We added the Ideal Pacing metric to the Goals data view which can be used for campaign analysis in dashboard and report studio widgets. Users monitoring their campaigns can now view the prescribed pacing metric, called Ideal Pacing, in the widget. This metric enables customers to optimize their campaign targets.
Budget rollover now displayed
The Goals preview screen now displays the budget rollover amount from previous cycles when used with a recurring budget goal. This provides users the ability to preview and verify the budget rollover amount.
