How does AI work?
AI language models use neural networks to process and generate natural human language. In a broad sense, these networks mimic certain functions of the human brain and require training for specific tasks. The models are trained on large volumes of text data, which enables them to learn language patterns and generate responses that are grammatically correct and human-like when given a prompt.
What can I do with AI in TapClicks?
The primary function of AI in TapClicks is to assist users in conducting meaningful analysis and creating in-depth summaries of their dashboard data. AI can be used in a variety of ways on the TapClicks platform:
- Add an AI widget to dashboards. This widget displays the AI interface and responds to user prompts. To learn more about the AI widget, please see How to Use an AI Widget.
- Manage and view summaries in the AI Agent Insights menu. This feature is accessible by Super Admin users only. For more information on AI Insights, please see How to Manage AI Created Summaries and Insights.
What is a prompt?
A prompt refers to a set of instructions or guidance given to AI to generate a specific response. For example, users might ask it to compose a brief blog post about recent marketing data. AI uses these prompts to interpret user requirements and generate text based on patterns it has learned. If the initial response does not fully meet expectations, users can continue refining the results by offering additional prompts or requesting adjustments. For more information, please refer to How to Manage Your AI Prompt.
Is AI a recommendation engine?
While AI can make recommendations, it has certain limitations. It may not include specific domain knowledge or be aware of all context. Users may find it helpful for broad suggestions, but it is always important to verify accuracy or consult domain experts for reliable recommendations.
Is AI in TapClicks a replacement for human-curated analysis?
AI is not intended to replace human-curated analysis. Instead, it is a tool designed to support and enhance human efforts. It relies on the quality of its training data and the clarity of prompts provided to generate accurate insights. While AI can significantly assist in data analysis, it works best when combined with human expertise and oversight to ensure reliable results.
How can I use AI in TapClicks?
Users have the option to add the AI chatbot directly to their dashboards using a dedicated widget. A menu within the Reports menu titled "AI Agent Insights'' is also available, allowing users to view and manage insights generated with the assistance of AI.
Does AI use TapClicks data for training?
No. TapClicks does not share your data for external model training. Any AI features in TapClicks process your data securely, and your information remains private. For more information, see Enterprise Privacy.
Can AI access TapClicks data?
AI models do not have direct access to data stored in TapClicks or any other platform. However, they can analyze and provide insights on data that you provide to them in a format they can process.
If you have access to data stored in TapClicks, you can extract the relevant data and format it into a structure suitable for analysis, such as CSV, JSON, or through an API.
Once you provide the AI with this data, it can generate insights and recommendations about your marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends. These insights can help guide strategic decisions and optimize your marketing strategy for maximum impact.
