Who can use AI Insights Agents?
Only users with the Super Admin role have access to AI Agents by default. However, access is permission-based and can be granted through user roles. If you need access or believe you should have it, contact your account administrator, they can update your role to include the necessary permissions.
Where do the summaries appear?
All AI-generated summaries are available in the AI Agents Summaries section. You can also add a summary as an Executive Summary to the same dashboard or report it was created from. The summary will only appear when the same time frame used to generate it is selected.
How can I use the pre-defined AI Insights Agent output?
To use the summaries, open any of your TapClicks dashboards or reports, click the AI icon (i.e., the sparkle icon) in the top right corner (access is based on your user role), and select any agent to generate a summary. For more information, please refer to the AI Insights Agents Overview.
Is there a limit to how much data I can send to the AI?
Yes. Each AI Agent uses processing tokens, and large datasets can exceed the available token limit. This can happen, for example, if a data grid widget is set to show "All" rows. When AI Agents are used to analyze dashboards, it analyzes the entire dashboard. To reduce the load and improve summary performance, limit the number of rows displayed in grid widgets or simplify the data shown in your dashboard section or report.
Can AI Agents send entire dashboard sections to the AI for analysis?
Yes. AI Agents support sending entire dashboard sections to AI. If you want to create a summary of multiple widgets or campaign types, you can organize them into a single section on your dashboard and use that section to generate a comprehensive summary.
