Why can't I delete my custom dashboards?
Even as a Super Admin, you cannot delete a custom dashboard if it is being used in a Report Scheduler. To delete the dashboard, first ensure it is not assigned to any scheduled reports. If the issue persists, please contact TapClicks Support for additional assistance.
What does "Move Data Grid" do on my custom dashboard?
The "Move Data Grid" option moves all top-performing rows to the bottom of the page, allowing them to be exported while displaying the full results. This is useful when the number of top performers exceeds the visible rows in the widget due to its size or placement on the custom dashboard.
Why don't custom dashboards show in the left navigation?
Only custom dashboards linked to your assigned data profile will appear in the left-hand navigation. If you are a Super Admin, you can access all custom dashboards by navigating to the Manage Dashboards menu.
