TapClicks Platform
Password Visibility Toggle Update
We have replaced the eye icon with explicit Show/Hide text across all password fields for improved clarity. The Show/Hide toggle is on the Login Page, Password Reset Page, and Users Page. This update eliminates ambiguity, making it easier to control password visibility.
OpenAI Integration Relocation
The OpenAI Integration in Platform Settings has moved from the "Application" tab to a new "AI Tools" tab. This update provides a dedicated space for AI-related features, allowing future expansion of additional LLMs and AI offerings within the TapClicks platform. All existing functionality remains unchanged, and the Initial Prompt will still be available under the "Application" tab with no changes in behavior.
Filter Enhancement for Text-Based Columns
We have added a "Not Set" option to table filters on dedicated pages across the platform. This option is at the top of the dropdown menus in text-based filter columns. Previously, users could only filter for records with existing values, and this enhancement provides greater flexibility when working with data on these pages.
Data Features
Snowflake Data Export Enhancement
We have introduced a new authentication method for exporting data to Snowflake. This update provides an additional way to send data from TapClicks to Snowflake, giving users more flexibility in managing external data transfers. With this enhancement, users can seamlessly export datasets to Snowflake for further processing and analysis.
TapAnalytics
Boostability Dashboard Template
A Boostability Dashboard Template is now available, offering a structured way to track keyword rankings, SEO tasks, and backlink performance. This pre-built template streamlines reporting on Boostability campaign performance, enabling you to analyze SEO trends and completed tasks within a set date range.
TapReports
Smart Campaign Filtering for Executive Summaries
Executive Summaries now update dynamically based on Smart Campaign filters in Dashboards and Report Studio. Only relevant summaries for the selected Smart Campaign and Client will be displayed, ensuring accurate information. Filtering logic has been improved to align with Client and Client Group assignments, enhancing consistency and usability.
Auto-Hide Empty Widgets
A "Hide Empty Widgets" toggle is now available in Report Studio. When enabled, widgets with no data are hidden, and if all widgets on a page are empty, the page is also hidden. This applies to all data widgets but does not affect media widgets. The feature is active in dashboard views, exports (PDF, Excel, PPT), and print versions. By default, it is enabled for new reports and disabled for existing ones, but you can adjust this setting as needed within the report settings.
Widgets
Gauge Chart Zero Target Notification
Gauge Charts now display a tooltip when the target value is set to zero, providing better clarity that the chart output is not an error. The chart retains its standard visual representation, even with a zero target, reducing confusion and enhancing usability.
TapOrders
TapOrders Workflow Restart Enhancement
A "Start Over" button has been introduced on Flight workflows, improving workflow flexibility for Flights, aligning with Orders and Line Items. Super Admins can configure where the workflow restarts, ensuring the correct task/status is triggered when the process is restarted.
TapOrders Failure Notification Update
A new "Task Fail" email notification keeps teams informed on campaign fulfillment issues. If a task related to a Push Connector or Webhook Publish fails, watchers of the Order, Line Item, or Flight will receive an alert, ensuring visibility into critical workflow blockers.
TapOrders Audit History Enhancement
We have added an "Expand/Collapse All Logs" option to the Audit History pages for Orders, Line Items, and Flights. This provides a quick way to expand all logs, making it easier to search and locate specific audit entries.
Google Ad Manager Targeting Presets
The Targeting Presets feature in TapOrders enables the retrieval and application of predefined targeting templates from Google Ad Manager (GAM) when setting up line items. Quickly apply geo, device, audience, and inventory targeting without manual setup, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Instant On Connectors
Walmart Connect Display - New Connector
A new connector for Walmart Connect Display is now available. This addition expands reporting capabilities, making it easier to analyze and optimize advertising performance on the platform.
Yahoo DSP - New Field
We are providing deeper insights with the addition of the "Programmatic Guaranteed Deal Fee" metric to all Yahoo DSP data views. This enhancement ensures more detailed campaign analysis and greater reporting granularity.
Simpli.fi - Field Update
We have updated the field name "Conversion Segment Name" to "Conversion Name." This change ensures a more intuitive and direct representation of the data, simplifying reporting and analysis.
On Demand Connectors
Google Ads - API Update
The Google Ads connector has been upgraded to API v18. This update ensures uninterrupted data flow and maintains compatibility with Google's latest API requirements.
Smart Connectors
Snowflake Smart Connector Enhancement
The Snowflake Smart Connector now supports an additional method for importing data into TapClicks from Snowflake Service Accounts. This enhancement allows users to retrieve and integrate Snowflake data more efficiently, streamlining workflows and improving data accessibility within the platform.
Push Connectors
Xandr Push Connector Enhancements
The Xandr Push Connector now allows setting viewability thresholds and device targeting while pushing campaigns from TapOrders. Additionally, support for "Goal" priority has been added, enabling the selection of the KPI to focus on when pushing campaigns.
