TapOrders
Optional Comment Requirement for On-Demand Tasks
A new platform setting allows Super Admin Users to decide whether comments are required when creating On-Demand Tasks in Classic TapOrders. This setting is on by default to match existing workflows but can be turned off to speed up task creation and keep comment threads free of unnecessary placeholder notes.
Full User Details in Workflow Logs
Workflow logs now display a user’s full name, email address, and ID instead of showing only the ID. This update makes it easier to quickly identify who performed each action, improving team collaboration and troubleshooting efficiency.
Configurable ID Columns in Order Line Item and Flight Lists
ID and Classic ID can now be added as columns in the Order, Line Item, and Flight lists in adflo.ai. These IDs are clickable links that open the corresponding record in adflo.ai or Classic TapOrders, making it faster for users to search, reference, and navigate between related campaign records.
Instant On Connectors
IQM - New Connector
A new Instant On Connector for IQM is now available in TapClicks. Users who previously relied on the Smart Connector for IQM data can now choose to move to the Instant On option. Before making the switch, users should review the data points available in the new connector to confirm that the required fields are supported. For users who prefer to remain on the Smart Connector, there will be no impact to existing data flows. This update simply provides another option for bringing IQM data into TapClicks for reporting and analysis.
Push Connectors
Accountability - Media Schedule for Billing
The Accountability Push Connector now supports sending Media Schedule details from the product or line item level in TapClicks to the Accountability UI. This enhancement supports more accurate billing reconciliation.
LinkedIn Ads - Multiple Campaign Groups per Order
The LinkedIn Ads Push Connector now supports creating multiple campaign groups from a single order. Campaign Group configuration has been moved to the product form, allowing objectives such as Awareness, Clicks, and Conversions to be set within the same order.
Pinterest Ads- Keyword Upload
The Pinterest Ads push connector now supports keyword targeting from the product form. Supported targeting types include Broad, Phrase, Exact, and Negative keywords.
Site Impact- Enhanced Creative Management and Tracking Options
The Site Impact push connector now supports uploading creatives and assets such as suppression files, geo data, and other campaign materials directly from the TapClicks platform. It also includes options for enabling a tracking pixel and adding personalization for orders from the TapClicks UI.
TikTok Ads - Special Ad Category Support
The TikTok Ads Push Connector now supports the Special Ad Category setting. Enabling this ensures campaigns are categorized correctly and helps prevent them from being flagged or rejected.
