TapClicks Platform
Single-Select Dropdown Enhancement
We have updated the behavior of single-select dropdowns across the platform to deliver a more consistent and user-friendly experience. Previously, interacting with a dropdown could inadvertently remove a selected value, leading to confusion and additional effort. With this update, selections remain intact until users deliberately choose to change them, mirroring the behavior of multi-select dropdowns and reducing accidental deselection.

This hub brings together the tools you need to support common transformations like:

- Data segmentation
- Budget pacing tracking

Data Exporter Home Page
We have introduced a new Data Exporter Home Page to give admins greater control and visibility. With visual progress tracking and tier-based usage monitoring, users are now able to manage exports more efficiently and confidently.
Layered Aggregation in Calculations
Users can now use layered aggregation within calculations for deeper metric analysis. By adding a second parameter to functions such as SUM, COUNT, and AVERAGE, users can calculate share-of-total, cross-time period trends, and other advanced KPIs. This gives users more flexibility and control when building complex formulas for reporting.
On Demand and Instant On Data Unified Blending in Channels
Users can now blend data from On Demand and Instant On Connectors in the same Channel. This enhancement allows for more streamlined and flexible reporting by combining both data types in a single view. It eliminates the need for duplicate channels or separate visualizations, making it easier to deliver accurate and comprehensive performance insights across all sources.
TapOrders
Expand All for Forms and Workflows
We have added an “Expand All” option to the configuration pages for Forms and Workflows. This allows users to quickly expand all sections or rule sets at once, making it easier to locate specific fields and streamline setup or troubleshooting.
Instant On Connectors
SEMRush Projects - New Connector
A new connector for SEMRush Projects is now available. Users can import data from Site Audit, Positions, Competitors, and Landing Pages. This provides a broader view of SEO performance within TapClicks.
Spotify Ads - New Data Views
Spotify Ads reporting now includes three new data views focused on lifetime demographic insights. Users can now analyze campaign performance over time by audience type to support improved targeting and long-term strategy. The following views are now available:
- Age Lifetime
- Gender Lifetime
- Genre Lifetime
To enable these views, contact a success manager or customercare@tapclicks.com.
Convirza - New Fields
We have enhanced the Convirza Call Details data view with additional lead data to support deeper insights and segmentation. These fields give users richer context for reporting and help improve the accuracy of geographic and contact-based insights:
- Full Name
- Street Line 1
- Street Line 2
- City
- Postal Code
- Zip+4 Code
- State Code
- Country Code
Google Ads - API Update
The Google Ads connector has been updated to support API v19. This change ensures continued data flow and maintains compatibility with the latest Google features and updates.
YP, CallSource Connectors - Deprecation
Support has been removed for the YP: Calls, YP: Traffic, and the CallSource connectors due to vendor deprecations. These connectors are no longer available for reporting.
Smart Connectors
Smart Connector Column Configuration Logic
Smart Connectors now dynamically adjust the number of required columns based on the user's selected configuration. This enhancement provides clearer guidance during file setup and ensures that users only need to include relevant fields, reducing unnecessary complexity.
Depending on the selections made, the requirements are as follows:
- Selecting "No Date" requires only 2 columns
- Selecting "Assign to a single client" requires only 2 columns
- Selecting both "No Date" and "Assign to a single client" requires only 1 column
Unix Timestamp Support
Smart Connectors now support Unix timestamps as a valid date format through a built-in pre-processing function. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual data transformation when working with Unix-formatted data. It also allows users to process data returned from API responses via TapDirect that include Unix timestamps, streamlining the integration of external sources.
Push Connectors
LinkedIn - Geographic Targeting Support
We have added support for geographic targeting in the LinkedIn Push Connector. Users can now define specific location parameters when pushing campaigns from TapOrders to LinkedIn. This enhancement gives users greater control over where ads are served, supporting more targeted and effective campaign delivery.
