TapClicks Platform
Logo Upload Improvements
Uploading logos for Business Units and Client Groups just got easier. Users are now guided by recommended dimensions and aspect ratios when uploading, and logos will resize more accurately to preserve proportion. If the uploaded logo does not meet recommendations, users can preview the result and choose to re-upload. Logos also now appear more clearly and consistently in both the platform UI and downloadable reports.
Copy User Feature for Faster Setup
Admins can now create new users by duplicating an existing user's configuration. Clicking the Copy User icon in the User Management section opens a pre-filled form with roles, permissions, and product access already applied. Admins simply enter the new user's name, email, and password to complete the process. This update streamlines setup and reduces the risk of misconfiguration. Audit logs also track who initiated the copy for compliance purposes.
Google Sheets Export Relocated
The Google Sheets export feature has been moved from the main menu to the Export section, under the Data menu, and renamed to “Google Sheets.” This brings it in line with other export tools like Looker Studio and Data Exporter, making the interface more intuitive and reducing visual clutter. The updated link now directs users to the existing Google Sheets Getting Started page.
Scrollbar for Client Group Dropdowns
To help users managing long lists of clients or client groups, a vertical scrollbar now appears when the dropdown exceeds the visible area. This enhancement eliminates endless scrolling and improves overall usability in the Client Groups module.
Data Features
Launch Fetches by Connector
Users now have the ability to run fetches for individual connectors instead of triggering all of them at once. This allows for quicker assignments and targeted updates, helping users avoid unnecessary load on data limits and reducing the chance of hitting API quotas.
AI Operator Agent for Calculations
We have introduced a new AI Operator Agent that allows users to generate advanced calculations using simple, natural language prompts. No coding or syntax is required. This feature supports common use cases such as naming conventions, data cleanup, ROI metrics, and much more. It is accessible by clicking the sparkle icon on any calculation in the Calculations page. Now available to all Super Admin users with TapInsights access, this update marks the first step in our broader AI Automation initiative. For more information about the new AI Operator Agent, please refer to AI Agents for Calculations Overview.
TapAnalytics
Source Labeling in AI Summaries
AI Agent Summaries now display the name of the Dashboard they were generated from, and the label is clickable, allowing users to navigate directly to that Dashboard. This update improves context and traceability when reviewing multiple summaries and makes it easier to move between outputs and their associated data sources.
TapOrders
Option to Disable Flight Deletion Icon
Super Admin users now have the ability to hide the delete (trash can) icon on Flights in Platform Settings → Orders & Workflow. This offers tighter control over which users can cancel or remove flights, supporting better data governance.
Instant On Connectors
Week-Based Grouping for Google Analytics 4 DIY
We have added support for Week as a date grouping option in the Google Analytics 4 DIY connector. This enhancement allows users to pull GA4 data aggregated by week, making it easier to build weekly client reports, campaign pacing dashboards, and executive summaries. The new option is available during DIY setup and offers more flexibility for reporting use cases that follow a week-over-week format.
Delacon Authentication Upgrade
The Delacon connector authentication process has been upgraded from username/password to a secure API key process. This change enhances security and supports future scalability. Users who have Delacon connected may need to re-authenticate using the instructions provided in the Delacon - Support Guide.
Basis DataBridge - Name Update
We have renamed Basis BCI Reports Data Source to Basis DataBridge to reflect the official product name and align with its new Snowflake data delivery method.

Smart Connector Templates have been relocated to the Manage Data Sources (MDS) page, under the Data menu, and are now searchable through the global connector search.
