Audit Logs now capture changes across more areas of the platform, giving admins stronger visibility into configuration updates and user actions.

Relationship visibility is now available across several features, helping users understand which items must be removed or unlinked before deleting an asset.

SmartConnector & SmartCampaign – Naming Alignment Update
The naming of SmartConnector and SmartCampaign has been updated to reflect the unified single-word format used in TapClicks marketing materials. This change ensures consistency across the platform and better aligns product terminology with brand standards.
Data Features
AI-Powered Chat for Calculations
We have introduced a new AI-powered chat experience for creating and editing calculations. Users can now describe calculation logic in natural language and refine it through an ongoing conversation, reducing the need to manually write complex formulas. Existing calculations can be loaded directly into the chat for quick updates without starting over, with clear explanations and one-click insert or copy actions that streamline the overall calculation workflow.
TapInsights
AI Agents – New Dedicated Creation Page and Left Navigation Entry
To improve visibility and discoverability of AI capabilities, the AI Agent creation workflow has been moved to its own dedicated page, and a new AI Agents item has been added to the left navigation. This ensures users can more easily find, explore, and understand available AI features, even when TapInsights or AI Sparkle is not enabled.
TapReports
SmartSlides RBAC Support Added
Role-based access control is now available for SmartSlides, expanding access beyond Super Admins to include Agent and BU Admin roles. This supports scalable governance and controlled access across larger organizations while maintaining security. Client role access is disabled.
SmartSlides Preview Size Notification
When a SmartSlides file exceeds the preview size limit, users now see a clear message with an option to download the file directly. This prevents confusion when previews fail and ensures uninterrupted access to content.
Widgets
Widget Filter Visibility Restricted to Admin Roles
To keep dashboards clean and focused, widget-level filter details are now visible only to Super Admins, BU Admins, and users with Edit or Create permissions. Standard users continue to see a simplified view, while admins retain full transparency behind the scenes.
TapOrders
Classic O&W: Improved Timestamp Formatting
We’ve updated all task, comment, workflow log, and file timestamps to use a clearer, more readable format:
- MMM DD, YYYY | HH:MM:SS AM/PM
This standardized format appears across Order, Line Item, and Flight details, task history, uploaded files, and workflow logs. The update makes it faster and easier for users to understand timeline history and troubleshoot with precision.
Instant On Connectors
AudioGo - New Connector
A new connector for AudioGo is now available. Users can now bring AudioGo campaign data into TapClicks to analyze audio performance alongside other digital channels, build unified dashboards, and include audio campaigns in multi-channel reports.
Instacart Ads - New Connector
We have released a new connector for Instacart Ads. This connector allows users to import Instacart campaign metrics into TapClicks, enabling performance monitoring, optimization, and reporting across retail media and other paid media channels in one place.
StackAdapt - New Data View
A new Conversions data view is now available for StackAdapt. This view allows users to report on conversion tracker performance side-by-side with standard media metrics, providing a more complete picture of campaign effectiveness and downstream outcomes.
Adobe Advertising Cloud & Social Platforms - New Fields
Through TapIntel, we have added new geographic targeting fields for Adobe Advertising Cloud, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. These fields help users understand and validate how geographic targeting is configured and how it performs, making it easier to assess location-based strategies and optimizations.
Beeswax - New Fields
We have enriched the Beeswax connector with additional metrics and attributes.
- View Rate has been added to multiple data views, including Campaigns, App Details, Line Items, Creatives, Zip Code, Performance, Geo Performance, Domain Performance, Deal Performance, Inventory Report, and Device Performance.
- Publisher Name has been added to the Inventory Report data view.
- Additional video engagement metrics (such as Video Plays, Video Q1s, Video Midpoints, and Video Q3s) are now available in App Details.
These enhancements provide a clearer view of inventory quality and creative performance across Beeswax campaigns.
MailChimp - New Field
We have exposed the MailChimp Campaign ID field in applicable data views. This allows users to filter, group, and report on specific campaigns more precisely, making it easier to isolate performance for individual campaign initiatives.
Spotify Ads - New Fields
The Spotify Ads connector has been expanded with a wide range of new performance, conversion, and attribution fields to give users deeper insight across every reporting dimension.

DV360 & DV360 IO - API Update
We upgraded the Display & Video 360 and DV360 IO connectors to newer API versions. This update helps maintain uninterrupted data delivery and alignment with Google’s latest DV360 API standards.
LinkedIn Connectors - API Update
LinkedIn-related connectors have been updated to the latest supported API versions. This maintenance ensures continued data flow, compatibility with LinkedIn’s latest changes, and long-term stability for reporting.
Smart Connectors
Smart Connector – Store Date Fields as “Date” Instead of “Text”
Smart Connectors now store date fields as true Date types rather than Text. This improvement supports datasets with multiple date columns, making it easier to filter, sort, and build widgets that rely on accurate date handling across different dimensions.
