TapClicks Platform
Agent Visibility Controls for Super Admins
Super Admins now have the ability to manage the visibility of predefined AI Agents within their instance. This gives organizations more control over which agents are shown to end users and simplifies the dashboard experience.
Cleaner Assignments Page Navigation
We have simplified the buttons at the top of the Assignments page to declutter the interface and deliver a cleaner, more intuitive user experience. This change improves usability and helps users focus on key tasks.
Updated Terminology for Sort Order
The “Original Order” sort option is now labeled “Default Order” to better reflect its intended behavior and improve clarity for users. This update helps ensure users understand that this is the standard display method.
Data Features
Streamlined Connector Management
Users can now add new connections for Connectors directly from the same screen where existing connections are managed. This makes it easier to set up and maintain data sources without switching between views.
New BI Tools Section
We’re excited to introduce a new section in TapClicks for BI integrations. Users can now push transformed marketing data directly to Power BI and Tableau. This section provides a centralized place to manage BI connections and simplifies the process of building dashboards in your preferred analytics tools. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for access.
New PERIOD() Function for Time Based Calculations
The Calculations feature now supports the {{PERIOD()}} function, enabling powerful time based analysis directly in your formulas. This enhancement allows users to reference prior or future periods dynamically, unlocking use cases like trend analysis, growth comparisons, and performance benchmarks across months, weeks, or even years.
Attribution with UTM Integration Transformation
We have launched a new Attribution feature in the Transformation Hub that joins UTM parameters (from Google Analytics) with performance data from other sources. This provides a unified view of sessions, users, and page views across campaigns and platforms, bridging the gap between engagement metrics and spend data. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.
TapAnalytics
Build-your-own Insights Agents
Users with Super-Admin permissions and TapInsights access can now create custom AI Insights Agents with their own prompts. This feature is available within Dashboards and enables more flexible, client-specific AI workflows. This update supports advanced users and agencies with existing prompt strategies by allowing them to tailor summaries without engineering support. For more information on Custom Agents, please refer to How to Build Your Own Insights Agent.
AI Insights Agents Enhancements
The five pre-defined AI Insights Agents have been upgraded with presentation-ready HTML formatting and embedded infographics, making insights more visually engaging and easier to share with stakeholders. In addition, these agents now support prior period comparisons such as week-over-week, month-over-month, and year-over-year, bringing valuable historical context into their summaries. Together, these enhancements help users better detect trends, explain performance shifts, and deliver insight-rich reporting with less manual work.
New Dashboard Templates Now Available
We have added four new prebuilt dashboard templates to help users accelerate reporting and gain quick insights. The new templates include:
- Delacon
- Nativo
- Choozle Basic
- Uberall
These templates are ready for immediate use and are designed to surface the most relevant KPIs for each platform with minimal setup.
Moz Dashboard Template Enhancements
The Moz dashboard template has been updated with new widgets to provide deeper insights into backlink performance. Users can now view Domain Authority, Spam Score, and anchor text details, making it easier to assess linking strategies and SEO health.
Widgets
Line Chart Percent Change from First to Last Data Point
Users can now view the percentage change from the first to the last data point in line charts. This makes it easier to identify overall growth or decline at a glance, speeding up performance evaluation.
Instant On Connectors
CallRail - New Field
The Industry field is now available in the Form Submissions data view for the CallRail connector. This update enables users to segment and filter leads by industry, making it easier to analyze campaign performance across different verticals.
Google Search Console - New Field
The Domain Impressions field has been added to the Campaign data view for the Google Search Console connector. This new field allows users to report more precisely on how often their domain appears in search results, providing greater flexibility in analyzing search visibility and performance trends.
Facebook Ads - Updates to Conversion Reporting
To improve reporting accuracy and flexibility, TapClicks has restructured how Custom Conversions and Actions are handled within the Facebook Ads connector. Previously, Actions and Custom Conversions were merged into a single data view, which led to inconsistencies, particularly as newer Custom Conversions no longer use Action IDs. The data model has now been updated to separate these metrics and align reporting more accurately with Facebook’s current structure.
Users will now see updated naming conventions, new dedicated data views, and expanded field-level visibility. These changes provide clearer insight into both pixel events and conversion outcomes across ads, ad sets, and campaigns. With these updates, marketers can confidently analyze performance using the correct metrics while avoiding legacy data conflicts.

Google Ads - Geo Targeting Enhancements
TapClicks has introduced two key updates to improve geo-targeting workflows. First, users can now validate country, region, or state selections directly within the geo-location selector of product forms. This ensures accurate targeting inputs and helps prevent setup errors during campaign creation. Additionally, Google Ads product forms now support bulk zip code entry, giving users the ability to execute more precise, hyper-local targeting strategies. These enhancements provide greater flexibility and control when configuring regional campaigns or service-area-specific initiatives.
Google Display - New Bid Strategy
Support for the “Maximize Clicks” bid strategy has been added for Google Ads display campaigns. This strategy automatically adjusts bids to help users generate the highest possible number of clicks within their set budget, making campaign optimization easier and more efficient.
Google Search - Decimal Bid Support
Users can now set decimal-level bids for both keyword and Ad Group levels in Google Search campaigns. This added precision helps optimize budget control and improves competitiveness in bid-based auctions.
Snapchat Ads - Sales Objective Support
The “Sales” objective is now available when configuring Snapchat Ads campaigns. This allows users to track conversions more effectively by linking the campaign to the correct pixel event and aligning the ad objective with sales goals.
