TapClicks Platform
Relationships Now Available for Client Groups
We have exposed the Relationships functionality to the Client Groups feature. This enhancement allows users who want to delete Client Groups to see the relationships that must be removed before those groups can be deleted. This provides greater visibility and ensures a smoother process when managing Client Groups. For more information on viewing relationships, please refer to Relationships Overview.
Relationships Now Available for Business Units
We have exposed the Relationships functionality to the Business Units feature. This update allows users who want to delete Business Units to view all relationships tied to them in advance. By identifying these dependencies, users can remove related connections and ensure a smoother deletion process. For more information on viewing relationships, please refer to Relationships Overview.
Data Features
Relationships Now Available in Data Lookups
We have exposed the Relationships functionality to the Data Lookups feature. This improvement allows users who want to delete Data Lookups to see the relationships that must be removed before those Data Lookups can be deleted. New AI Insights Agents for Dashboards and Reports
New AI Insights Agents are now available as a part of TapInsights. These new agents are designed to support sales teams, streamline operations, and strengthen client relationships:
Sales Enablement Agents
- Proposal Builder (Sales Strategist): Creates proposal drafts with visuals, metrics, and narratives in minutes.
- Expansion Opportunities (Sales Leader): Identifies accounts with upsell or cross-sell potential.
- Churn Risk Detector (Sales Director): Flags accounts showing risk indicators.
- Competitor Audit (Sales Rep): Produces competitor audits to highlight positioning.

TapAnalytics
Instance-Level Benchmarks in Widgets
Users now have an additional way to benchmark performance inside widgets. In addition to the existing All Data benchmarks, users can now select Instance-level benchmarks to compare against data from their own instance. This update applies to Avg CPC, Avg CTR, and Avg CPM, all of which are available with both All Data and Instance-level views through the benchmark dropdown. Please reach out to your CSM if you’d like to enable Instance-level benchmarks. For more details on how to apply benchmarks in dashboards or reports, please refer to How to Use Benchmark Widgets.
Instant On Connectors
StackAdapt - New Fields
The Footfall Attribution data view for StackAdapt now includes additional fields that provide more detailed information for campaign analysis and reporting. Users can now access the following fields in their dashboards and reports:
